Great room, quite close to centre, sauna with a view is great but the spa area is a little small

We had the duplex which was bright and modern with a small private roof terrace. The area has alot of restaurants nearby, but the room is very quiet. It was hot and we needed the air conditioner on, plus there were a few windows that can open easily. Overall we found it a lovely room and ideal base for exploring Brussels. We would highly recommend the duplex if you are ok with stairs- there is a narrow stairwell plus stairs within the duplex itself.

It is really an amazing hotel . Location is perfect and almost all attractions can be reached on foot . Rooms are clean and beds are so soft. You also can find some toiletries (that is actually good because some hotels don’t have it ) .Breakfast was so delicious, and actually quite big choice of different dishes. In the evening you actually don’t need to look for some restaurant or the bar because you can already find it on the first floor of hotel ( but if course it’s quite in room so no worries). Definitely will return to this hotel .

Now my favourite hotel! Friendly staff, clean and welcoming. This charming hotel is like an oasis in the middle of the city. Definitely not your cookie cutter hotel of neutral decor, crisp white sheets, and an in-room coffee machine. If instead you fancy something special and novel, this gem of a hotel is like a gentle sigh of relief and a rest for the weary traveller. Some rooms face onto the inner garden where you can relax to the gentle murmur of the little fountain. Lovely hot shower, snuggly blanket to curl up with, and breakfast included. I will definitely be back.

We stayed on a Saturday to Monday in June, reception staff let us check in just after 11:30am which was really nice. The room was great and spacious, bed very comfy and large, air con worked perfectly for a hot weekend, the shower was amazing and good power, also the lovely L’Occitane products!! The hotel is modern and clean, good breakfast, lovely lounging bar area outside - although expensive, the espresso martini was a good one and I enjoyed the club sandwich. A couple of times our vodka was forgotten & we were just given soft drinks but they sorted it at the bar, a shame that the cheaper vodka brands were all gone though.. Louise is a good area and also not a far walk to the main grand place central area too. Our favourite restaurant nearby was colonel steakhouse, there are also lots of shops and bars. I wish we stayed more than 2 nights. If we return to Brussels we would definitely stay here again thank you!

Good room, good atmosphere, good service, the breakfast was good and the lunch as well was good. I had a good room with nice cleaning staff, a first time experience in a hotel, and I really liked it. A coming back for sure. No such major issues found. Just minor one, if we could only have a mat on the floor in the bathroom, that would be nice else I used the foot towel for it. I was satisfied and I recommend the hotel for friend, couple or single person.

Before booking this hotel currently be advised that the lobby is under complete renovation and there is a temporary registration desk on the ground floor of the hotel. Additionally, they are installing new elevators, however the existing elevators are very old and one of them wouldn’t service the floor I was staying on. The rest of the hotel has been completely upgraded, with very nice rooms. The main issue was that Belgium was under a heat wave while I was visiting with temperatures in the high 80s. My air conditioner was blowing warm air and I asked three different times to have it fixed to no avail. I ended up sleeping in a very hot room with the windows opened and had to listen to very loud crowds which apparently congregate all night on the street below, so know that the “historic views”come at a price with loud noise. I live in Chicago so I am used to noise at night, but constant loud conversation and laughing one level below is very bothersome. The breakfast is being served in the executive lounge, so for Marriott elites just be forewarned that the breakfast is very crowded with all hotel guests being served in the lounge, however the quality of the breakfast was nice with very friendly staff. This hotel will be nice when they finish it — just be forewarned about the street noise and staff who will not fix the air conditioning, creating a very undesirable stay from a Marriott Platinum Elite guest.

Warwick hotel grand place’s location is undisputed, the hotel is older but it kept up efforts trying to maintain it as best as they can with some refurbishments, kudos 👍.

The most convenient hotel in Brussels, the Central Railway Station is right opposite the hotel. It is super convenient to catch the train. You can just walk there 5 minutes before driving. It is also very convenient to go to attractions. The main attractions are all within a 15-minute walk. It is only two blocks away from the Grand Square. There is also Carrefour next to the hotel, and supplies are also very convenient. The room facilities are not as good as the domestic Hilton, but they are pretty good in Europe. The key is that the tap water in Belgium is better than that in Germany. You can drink hot water with very few white floating objects. The hotel breakfast is continental style with not many varieties. For people with Chinese stomachs, it is not cost-effective. It's better to buy instant noodles from Carrefour next door and eat comfortably. In short, choosing this Hilton in Brussels should be the best choice. It is very convenient to go to Ghent, Bruges, Antwerp, and other cities in the Netherlands. You can go there in the morning and return in the evening. The cities in Belgium are very small, and you can walk around in 2-4 hours. It's over. The Belgian railways are also very user-friendly. If you buy a ticket for the same day, you can board any train as long as the destination is the same (the ticket does not include the driving time, station or train number, it only shows the date and which city you are going to). There are You can do this if there is an empty seat, and you can get off and play for a while and get on again without having to buy another ticket.

The room size was OK. I was in a Deluxe room on the 2nd floor with balcony and view to the inner courtyard. I had specifically asked for a quiet room on a higher floor (arrival was on a Friday, stayed until Sunday). During both nights there were festivities going on in the hotel (first a bachelor party and the next night the wedding). The noise (music, etc.) in the evening and during the night was unacceptable for such a high standard hotel. Even when the windows were closed, the noise was clearly audible. Around midnight I went to the reception to complain - both nights. I was told that this event would go on until at least 3 a.m. I was offered to move to another room - but I did not accept that, since I expected to be disturbed by the noise in most rooms. I was told that at my check-out a manager would be available to take in person my complaint - which, of course did not happen. On Saturday after lunch I wanted to have coffee/cake with a friend in the hotel restaurant/terrace. It took the waiter almost 20 minutes to come and take our order. When arriving at our table, he just told us that there is a QR code which we need to scan in to see the menu. We did not place an order and left - very disappointing experience! Another issue was that I was travelling alone and was put in a room with connecting doors, which I believe is not suitable for solo travellers, esp. for females. I informed the hotel about all the above and received only very poor replies. The noise situation has to be improved - if a hotel does not have suitable rooms for parties, then don't rent them out when you have paying guests who at least want to sleep at midnight.
