Mi Teleferico
乐乐天的静Although the transportation system is relatively new, there are already a number of routes that connect to different parts of La Paz and El Alto. It doesn't take long to travel through the entire system, but some routes are not connected to each other, so you need to plan your trip in advance.
Presidential Palace
MM25***40If you happen to pass by the Plaza de Armas in the evening, there will be a flag-lowering ceremony for the Peruvian flag at the Presidential Palace before the sun goes down. There will also be a performance by an honorary team. There are also some guards from the Presidential Palace outside, so tourists can watch the performance with peace of mind.
Iglesia de San Francisco
1137***66A very peaceful and artistically valuable religious place…
Hi! I visited this church last week. It is very attractive in terms of insight, beautifully decorated, a very peaceful place for prayer, and a place of great artistic value. The visit was not long, but it was a good complement to other attractive sites. Thank you
National Art Museum
Ccoo***anIt may not be the largest art gallery in the world, but you are in La Paz, not Paris. This place is a neglected treat. I was probably the only guest in this place, which is a shame. The building itself is full of character - but pay attention to the top floor - instead of railings on the balcony, you will find small animal sculptures! During my visit, the main focus was on Inés Córdova and Gil Imaná, two contemporary artists working in many different media. If the quality of this show is typical, this museum should be a treat wherever you go. I also loved the way the art was arranged - it's not just stuff pinned to the wall, art is either hung from the ceiling individually or on platforms. Whoever put this exhibition together is a very talented and imaginative curator. Take time to look around this old building, as some areas can be semi-hidden. During my visit, there was probably a hall to one side of the foyer, between the exhibition halls. There is also a small but interesting gift shop. I would recommend this museum to anyone with the slightest interest in art. The admission fee is very small
Jaen Street
乐乐天的静Calle Jaen is an alley lined with old European-style buildings, as well as several museums and art galleries. The exterior walls of the buildings are painted in bright colors, giving it a southern European feel. Wandering here, you'll feel like you're in a European alley, and you'll completely forget you're actually in La Paz.
Mirador Killi Killi
1137***66[View] One of the best views in the city [Fun] It's really a great place, especially at night, it's like looking at a lot of stars in the sky. It's really convenient to get there, just take a car with the "Villa Pabon" sign on the Obelisco Square. Finally, I think it’s a great place to take pictures, like long exposures.
Mercado de Las Brujas
33adeThe famous Witch Market in La Paz is more like a street of handicrafts, with various instruments, sacrificial supplies, alpaca wool products, herbs, magic oils, etc. The various graffiti in the alleys are worth seeing.
