Melhor opção da cidade, no centro, muito limpo e organizado, roupa de cama confortável,tamanho adequado de quarto, silencioso p dormir, chuveiro bom e café da manhã na medida. Funcionários educados e prestativos, voltaremos com certeza!

Vim no feriado de 7 de setembro para saltar de paraquedas, iríamos ficar em um Airbnb, mas na última hora foi cancelado pela dona do local. Tivemos que encontrar outro lugar as pressas e o hotel Garrafao foi o único com disponibilidade. Mas, foi uma grata surpresa. Quarto simples, porém limpo. Possui frigobar, uma mesa com cadeira, ar condicionado, cortina (não é blackout), secador de cabelo. O chuveiro é um pouco fraco, mas esquenta o suficiente. Tem estacionamento no local, mas não é suficiente quando o hotel está lotado e aí precisa deixar a chave na recepção. Café da manhã simples, mas gostoso. Com bolos, pães, frios, pão de queijo, ovo mexido, salsicha ou calabresa, suco, leite, café, chá, frutas, iogurte. Funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos. Hotel em ótima localização, no centro de Boituva, próximo à mercados, restaurantes e farmácias. Voltaria ao hotel outras vezes.

We’ve been to this fancy place, a 5 star very expensive hotel is because we’re expecting to relax and enjoy our family on the long weekend, Fasano is a well renowned chain in Brazil, but to be honest the service provided at this property is horrible, we thought to leave the property on the first day, besides the location and the facilities, everything was really bad, actually not just bad, TERRIBLE, since the service provided at the check in, room service, room clean, service at the pool, restaurant, etc… and on top of that the food was not good, they are also famous for a good food, but even the food was not worth. I wrote to the hotel giving a detailed feedback, because I think If I am the owner/manager I would like to know not only the good experience but the bad as well, to try to be better and avoid situations like that, learn with the mistakes in order to make sure it doesn’t happen again, but it seems they do not care, they did not respond even to say sorry, after such a bad experience. Fasano chain for me is now out of my list, I’ll never go again.

I spent 4 days hosted, found the hotel very good, the excellent room, very good breakfast ....me felt very much the will. Educated staff, cleaning perfect ... I used swimming pool (the stairs need to be exchanged because it is ferryed ) but nothing that disburses the comfort .... I used the sauna and the academy tb .... All perfect .... My tip is only for those who have difficulty in sleep for noise call the room turned to city and not to road. And my suggestion for the Hotel is that with this structure you can think it is a tb leisure hotel and not just a rotational hotel thinking of offering discounts for anyone who wants to stay for more days, and enjoying the great structure.. that was my case ....
