Cet établissement est très bien.
Ce n'est pas un hôtel, c'est un appartement hôtel. Ce qui change, le ménage et le lit ne sont pas fait. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas comprit.
Vous disposez, d'une petite cuisine équipée, avec micro-onde et réfrigérateur (même si celui-ci est très bruyant la nuit)
Les points positifs :
Très bien situé en centre ville. A moins de 100 mètres de la rue du XV Novembre, rue piétonne et très commerçante. Proche, du jardin, Passeio Publico, de la place Tiradentes, de la rue des 24 Heures, des nombreuses stations de bus de la place Carlos Gomes, etc...
Chambre propre, fonctionnelle, lumineuse, la notre avait la climatisation. Par contre la chambre nous semblait plus grande sur les photos!
Très pratique, dans l'établissement, il y a une laverie (vous pouvez laver et sécher votre linge. Vous payé avec votre carte de crédit), un point restauration (ou vous pouvez prendre votre petit déjeuner, une collation au cours de la journée voir déjeuner ou diner. La carte est limitée mais c'est très pratique), un point de vente à l'accueil pour dépanner ou vous trouverez, des boissons, gâteaux, produit de première nécessité (savon, dentifrice, etc...).
Très sécurisé, dès votre arrivée vous êtes enregistré et il y a de la reconnaissance faciale pour rentrer dans l'établissement, de plus un agent de sécurité est présent à l'accueil 24H/24H.
Le point négatif : l'enregistrement doit se faire sur Internet, donc pour les étrangers, obligation d'avoir un accès à Internet (ce qui n'était pas notre cas) et nous avons été bloqué car il fallait renseigner le CPF que nous n'avions pas !
Heureusement la personne de l'accueil nous a aidé à partir de son ordinateur, mais la procédure à durée plus d'une demi-heure. Fastidieux quand vous arrivez tard dans la soirée après votre voyage ou vous n'avez qu'une envie, c'est de rejoindre au plus vite votre chambre!
Ce point négatif est plus particulièrement impactant pour les étrangers qui, n'ont pas d'accès Internet, pas de CPF et qui ne parlent pas Portugais. Ce point ne sera pas impactant pour les Brésiliens.
En résumé, nous avons été très satisfait par cet établissement, que je recommande.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour .

This hotel was a found in Curitiba. We love everything: location, service, breakfast. All was excellent. There is a wonderful pizza store at a square of the hotel, and several restaurants a few squares behind it. If I come back one day, I'd certainly host myself again at the MOOV.

A nice hotel, in a big tower, located between the downtown and the fancy Batel neighborhood. Around the hotel you have all kind of structure: Bakery Shop, Drugstore, a Mall, Public Square. The hotel has a parking operated by a Vallet, so a plus is charged and checkout. The room is small, a little outdated, like the hotel himself. But has a good bed, and a strong shower. I do not reserve with breakfast option, because i just like the Bakery in front of Four Season hotel. The wifi is stable and has a good performance.

The greatest problem is the room's cleaning, they forget to put their towels and toilet paper, and as soon as we entered the room there was no toilet paper. We stayed 5 nights and had 1 day that they didn't clean the room. They missed caprich in the beds' dressing and they didn't wash and exchange the glasses any day. They left the way we used.
A positive point is the water filter available at the reception to fill our bottle because pay 10,00 per bottle of water is too much.

It was not exceptional, even well below the experience, bad internet ,(to say bad ) in the room, TVs with improvised and old systems(in times of technology, badly given to see the image of the TV), lack of pad and slices , for the number of guests, since the reservation was made in good advance, lack of announced kitchen tools such as pan and fridge in the mini kitchen, after all was a fourth family, but not all was like that, the couple's bed was great , the children's bed was good, the sofa was not so much, the pool was reasonable, one day was not heated, the academy was good, sauna was disabled, breakfast was much below the expected ... Taking the lack of tools the room was comfortable, over the clean , was found past guest bag packages ...

The hotel has been very friendly and very friendly staff (except a boy who was at the reception day 28/5 at night ) I would certainly host again since it maintains the cost-benefit ratio. I was very surprised with the hotel :)

The only complaint is the mophoon smell after the bath when connecting the exhaustor. I believe the ceiling above the PVC shell is fully moped. This must be solved, the shell is worse because it has no way to clean it up and it is not banned.

GGuest UserI have worked with tourism, many years in a travel agency, recently met the city of Curitiba, and chose to stay in that hotel, the best choice I have made, great in care, good breakfast, organization and cleaning are good, Room with comfortable beds, not counting on the location of a noble neighborhood, near Barigui Park, a very good area to stay. It is a little away from the city center, but nothing that an Uber can help.

GGuest UserA nice hotel, in a big tower, located between the downtown and the fancy Batel neighborhood. Around the hotel you have all kind of structure: Bakery Shop, Drugstore, a Mall, Public Square. The hotel has a parking operated by a Vallet, so a plus is charged and checkout. The room is small, a little outdated, like the hotel himself. But has a good bed, and a strong shower. I do not reserve with breakfast option, because i just like the Bakery in front of Four Season hotel. The wifi is stable and has a good performance.

GGuest UserI made two reservations for the same period, for two rooms, and I checked in at 12:30 and the other guest made at 17:00. For the same category of rooms, however, I that arrived a little earlier (4 hours) was allocated to a seat room, even the hotel has not yet received a good part of the day guests. I asked about the change of the room, but they claimed that the “system” makes the sorting and we know that it doesn't work like that once the system is made by humans. Manager Ana Carolina tried to see how to correct this situation, but did not change anything. The worst in my perception and the lies and conduct that the collaborator Mariana had, in front of other 2 guests who were coming around 20:20 on day 22/03/2023, and using the question if it would be possible to make the change, she says that, as explained above and what reality even having made equal room reservations of the same category what happened and I took AZAR!!!! It is very disgusting to know that even booking, paying, coming before, being educated, asking for the possibilities to be seen, the answer is HAVE HAVE A HASE!!! Even so you have to count on luck? Where is the coherence that a drop network should have? To help the room has installed an emergency light on the Wi-Fi antenna, which does not turn off and whisper the whole night green and blue, making it impossible to sleep properly and blackout curtain that does not work.

JJacilisboaI was in this hotel in late December, I had an experience that was not very good but we go by the good part of this hotel is the location is in front of the Municipal Market and in front of the bus point that makes the journey to the tourist points. Now the part that is not so good, breakfast has diversity, but when some item finishes, they don't rest fast, the breads are coated, the dry cake, juice is not natural ... the room where I stayed the box was well-fetched, I had no air conditioning control, so I arrived and asked the reception for this control more than once, but I did not receive it. And I had a countertime, the hotel around 15:00 only leaves hot water, as the system is gas, so it is impossible to take a bath. I called to inform and ask for help, the information I had already seen, well, in that meantime the water was over, because the bomb had a problem. Whenever they called at the reception they gave a deadline, but the deadline was not met ... finally was a disorder! I think the information could be clearer because problems happen, but the way it is conducted is a differential.

GGuest UserThe negative points were that the small bathroom, stubborn, sanitary vase with a sweat look, lack of protective screen in the janeka of the apartment, in view of our stay in the 14th floor, the bathroom box was without the guide, Leaving the glass half that loose, which worried about accidents in the bathroom. The furniture was old, ( fridgebar)... The positive points are parking at the price of 30 reals per day ria...com manobrist, the excellent beds, the excellent location, near the municipal market, bakers. The very good breakfast, I would like to give my special praise to Quetein, Eliane and Sheila officials for being careful and performing a great service. The hotel was also close to the botanical garden, shopping, I think it's worth the benefit.
