The hotel is in a good location, on the seafront, but the service at the reception left something to be desired, there were several problems with my room and no one could resolve them and they even said if I wanted I could cancel, which doesn't matter to him. But since I bought it with Trips, they didn't solve anything and even said if I had bought it with them it would be easier.

Bem localizado em frente a praia de boa viagem, café da manhã bem variado, só não gostei da demora no chegada pra fazer o check in nosso quarto não estava pronto ainda , mais de resto foi bem agradável

酒店的房間很大。特別寬敞。但是依然存在同樣的問題，就是洗護用品的質量相對來説較差。還有一個問題，就是游泳池沒有辦法在晚上游泳，因為沒有加温系統，水比較涼。其他的方面都是很棒，各方面服務都是非常周到的，工作人員也很熱情。

Well located, spacious apartment, very spacious compared to ordinary hotels.
Although the apartment does not have kitchen utensils, you can ask the reception staff.
It has pleasant public areas and although the pool area, gym and elevator are small, their services are good.
It provides a rich and varied breakfast and can extend the checkout time to 2 pm.
Their employees are receptive and attentive.

The staff are great and well educated. But the hotel's infrastructure is too bad...
The old air conditioner will not cool the suitable room and will make a lot of noise, the towels are very yellow, very old...and they will not wipe the right person, the last thing is that they wrote the name of the hotel on the page Feet (someone will take the towel RS)...the room also smells bad...the pillows are made of plastic pillowcases...the breakfast is not satisfactory yet, there is no choice.
I have stayed in other units of the National Hotel and only need one. I am here also watching other people have the same experience as me, by the way the hotel has not improved...

Three star hotel, no surprises, unfriendly reception service from the receptionist, and poor coffee, but I would like to highlight the attention of the manager Rosário! Better than the Radisson in Recife, however I expected better hotels in the city.

GGuest UserThe room is good size, comfortable bed, was clean, but the door's acoustics is very bad. It was almost as if it didn't exist. Another very bad thing is parking. Despite the 4/5 floors the vagaries are extremely tight. The hotel was drunk on Saturday night and I spent about 30 minutes looking for a vacation and trying to put the car after finding it.

LLuanaVery pleasant experience. I had a problem with my vehicle, but the hotel insurance will be activated to reimburse me as soon as I go to the garage, since I stayed for 2 days and there was no time to fix it. Otherwise, the room was tidy and clean, the breakfast food was very good, and the service other than at the reception was excellent. Some of the reception staff were rude, but the others were nice and friendly. The bathroom was clean. I think they could improve on the issue of offering more flexible check-out times.

Ssam jukThis hotel is infront of the recife Airport, but you need to cross the airport parking area and cross 2 road , this 2 road have lot of traffic, I ask the front desk they are saying is better to take the taxi to the hotel, otherwise the room is clean and comfortable, if you are arrived recife very late and this is the good choose for your night

GGuest UserThe information that parking is available is right at the beginning, but that parking has an additional cost is far below in the fine print. Also, the parking is horrible and they have valet space nearby. The worst thing is that, in the morning, when leaving the hotel, I had the impression that the mileage was 6.5 km higher than when the car was delivered in the evening, I didn't complain about not having taken photos the night before.
Another negative point is the maintenance of the facilities, which are very old, which already leaves something to be desired and interferes with comfort. Visibly, employees go out of their way to maintain living conditions and respond to guests' constant complaints.
The hotel stands out for its location, has good coffee, dedicated staff and a reasonable service structure for the price charged.

AArnoldStaff is very nice. Free breakfast buffet is adequate but nothing to brag about. Every time we ordered any type of meat (steak, veal parmigiana, beef soup) from room service menu it was incredibly horrible and we could literally not even cut it with a knife. We use the scissors and tore it apart with our bare hands. Room service can take up to two hours to get your food.  housekeeping ladies are very nice, as well as, some of the maintenance man. Every room we’ve ever stayed in the toilet seats are broken and scary when you sit on them. Don’t even think about having hot water in your shower whatsoever. And when it’s checkout time, you better be out of there as soon as possible!

FfcanutoOverall, this hotel is a good value for money, but some observations are necessary. The cleanliness of the rooms is only reasonable, but the stairs are where this is really lacking. I usually stay at this hotel 3 times a week, and I notice a lot of flaws when I use the stairs in this building. Dirt like water bottles, coffee cups and even dust accumulates for weeks on end. Another point that needs improvement: The pillows are very bad and the mattresses sink (causing back pain when I wake up). By the way, the breakfast is good, but it could be improved; for example: the cake is usually burnt, the pudding is too sugary. That's it for now.
