The staff of the kitchen, reception and rooms are careful and educated, very simple breakfast, so far everything is fine, especially for those who want to rest, because they take the day for a tour. I stayed with my wife for 4 days, but at the weekend, who imagined it would be super quiet, rented all the rooms free for a biker team. gives to imagine what happened. !!!! , two hours of the morning we were crying with the staff to keep silence, and nothing of the management to manifest, that is, they only see profits to the detriment of the quiet of those who were already hosted. I never come back, and I do not recommend anyone.

Good accommodation option in San José dos Pinháis. We often travel from SP to South, and stay half the road, in SJP. Cities have many hotel options for the Curitibe Airport, located in the region. The hotel is located in the city's shopping area, just a few squares. It has a good parking and a pleasant receptionist service. The hotel is very comfortable and clean, and I would like to emphasise the indoor maintenance of the suites, with doors and boxes already spent for years of use, but nothing to compromise the use. I would be a little cheaper day when compared to large-scale hotels in the region.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. If only hotels in the United Kingdom took a leaf out of this hotels book and have the quality at the low price. Staff waiting at the entrance for customers, staff are helpful and pleasant. Hotel is immaculate and beautiful. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice. Only lost a point as the waitress at breakfast ignored me and left dirty plates at table despite clearly other tables used crockery immediately. Felt undervalued and not welcome by her. Airport shuttle service is a taxi. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get loading and to the airport. Highly recommend, you'll not be disappointed.

This is a great hotel for U.S. visitors to Brazil. Mercure is near the airport and very clean & modern. The employees are very helpful. Some employees speak English but even those who don’t, are very patient & kind using Google translate to communicate with us. Lia, who is employed in the hotel restaurant is a super nice lady and very kind.Lia provided great service. The restaurant in this hotel has good food. We were able to communicate with Lia using Google translate on our phones. Highly recommend this place.

Fui muito bem recebido desde check in ao check out. Fui alocado no andar mais alto, cfme solicitado na reserva. É um hotel que tem estacionamento e guarda para cuidar do patrimonio dos clientes. Café da manhã muito bom! Excelente infra que quem está passando por ali. Fiquei apenas uma noite, o que encanta é a proximidade ao aeroporto e o seu conforto! É um hotel muito bem planejado, que comporta perfeitamente a demanda local. Internet muito boa nos quartos. Muito obrigado SJP! Obrigado Ibis!!
