Fui no hotel para passar uma noite, é novo, possui uma estrutura bem moderna, e boa localização. O quarto é grande e espaçoso, tem uma mini cozinha, mesa para comer e sofá, no banheiro o chuveiro é muito bom, com ótima pressão da água. Possui área externa no primeiro andar (não tem piscina). No térreo próximo da recepção tem uma área de coworking, onde os hóspedes podem trabalhar - wifi funciona bem. No térreo também é servido o café da manhã. De maneira geral tive uma boa experiência, gostei da estadia. Os funcionários, acredito que por serem novos, ainda estão aprendendo a atender e lidar com as reservas, pois no checkin foi um pouco demorado e no dia seguinte pediram para eu passar minhas informações novamente, pois havia dado erro no sistema.

New hotel with a superb location in front of nice shopping mall with lots of restaurants and shops. Bed was comfy. In my room the heating was working, which seems not to be the case in all rooms. Breakfast at the Novotel very tasty. Fully recommended

I arrived not more then 8 hours to this S****T hotel.... 1) Personal don't uses masks 2) Room was not clean, neither supplied with the necessary things like (a simple shampoo) when room arrival 3) Hallways ARE DIRTY and looks totally forgot be cleaning personal 4) Personal are no friendly or welcoming, they serve as they were obligated to do it 5) Internal phone system doesn't function, tried to call reception since 1 hour after arrival till now 8h later and keeps saying is occupied (problably for the lousy service they have a lot of calls... from midnight to 6am) 6) Internet very very bad Four a 4 start hotel, NOVOTEL flag, this is the WORST hotel i have been in 20 years... DON'T COME HERE... EVER!!! Novotel should remove the flag of this building... it sucks!!!!

The hotel is very good and it is very good to have a good breakfast . Free parking ,but here is a warning for everyone : there is no responsible staff in the parking ,clients come in and leave on their own, we had a defect in our vehicle caused by some client in the small collision park .but the hotel did not take responsibility or check the author in the cameras. Chain hotel, very standard and plain decoration. Bed is good, linnens clean and fine. Bathroon simple. With what is necessary. Nice air con. I tried the restaurant (beef pamesan) good meal for the price. But the hotel is old…the rooms are old. Cigarette burns on the furniture ( from the time one could smoke) dirty curtains, peeling paint on walls… 20 years old luminaires. Only public TV chains… Great if you just want an hinest good night sleep. Not good if you come with your mate searching for a good place to spend leisure time.

Facilities: Not bad. Hygiene: Yes. Environment: Anyway, there is nothing wrong with staying on a business trip, and the environment is not paid attention to. I washed and slept when I was in office. Service: Not bad, the front desk is very good, breakfast is average.

I recommend. Good price, careful and educated staff, air-conditioned room, TV, all clean. Dushing tasty. I loved breakfast. I always go back, it's the one I'm staying! I saw some noise reviews, but the hotel has a great location, very close to well-moved streets, obviously it has car noise, for me it has not influenced in anything, detail irrelevant.

Excellent! I have many good friends and I detach the names of best friends and hotel best workers: First- front desk. All are very quick and capable advices. And Pedro is my smoking friend number one?!!? Kkk The manager is great human being!! Lastly my friends in restaurant rated in ten!!
