The hotel is in a good environment, just beside Lake Geneva, walking across a bridge, across from a commercial street, LV and other brand stores are here. The hotel didn't have breakfast. I asked for 20 Swiss francs. I have to say that the price of Switzerland is the highest in Europe.
This hotel is very well located in the center of Geneva close to train station Gare Cornavin and the Lake of Geneva with the Jet d'Eau. Staff is very friendly, rooms are spaciuos and clean. Breakfast is sufficient with 3-4 types of bread, cheese, eggs, fruit and coffee. Lot of restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops in the neighbourhood. Room had a safe.
very good. Next to Christie's and the Four Seasons Hotel, you can see the large fountain by the lake. There is a Chinese restaurant Hongyun Restaurant on the other side of Mont-Blanc Square. The breakfast is pleasant, there are resident singers in the evening, steak or fish, and the set menu is also great
Hotel location is very good, out of the train station, but not noisy, the nearby bus is also very convenient, walk to the big fountain for 20 minutes, there are several Chinese restaurants nearby, a little expensive but the taste is not bad, the quality of the bed is general but still clean, air conditioning, and air conditioning is very powerful, Breakfast 15 Swiss francs is fair
The last hotel in Switzerland, the price is relatively cheap, the environment is very good, the decoration is my favorite style. The toilet and shower are separate and very user-friendly. The elevator can only be filled with two people, unable to vomit, but does not affect the hotel experience. There is a Lebanese restaurant in the surrounding area. The local area is popular and tastes good.
The hotel is very clean and should be newly renovated. Surrealist portrait sculptures in the corridor are a bit scary, and every time you go in and out, you always feel like someone is standing there. The location is also very good, the bridge is the famous street. Next to the hotel is STARBUCKS. Check-in requires 2 single beds, although they are put together, it does not affect the use. There is a free apple every day at the front desk and bananas and oranges on the second floor. The only shortcoming is that the towel that was brought in was taken away by HOUSEKEEPING, and I went to the front desk to complain. I just apologized and said that I would return it to me the next day. I didn’t return it to me when I left the store. The casual, large strips of Europeans can be seen at this time.
The location of the hotel is very good, it is easy to find diagonally across the railway station (but you have to imagine the hotel a bit smaller, not as big as the picture is so magnificent) within walking distance to the railway station, there are many restaurants and small supermarkets are also very convenient to purchase because The transportation in Switzerland is very convenient. Basically, all trips can be made by public transportation. When you check in in Geneva, everyone will give you a transportation ticket. During the stay, you can get on the bus directly. No one can check the ticket.
The front desk inside the hotel is more enthusiastic. The European hotel payment process is fairly simple. There is no such thing as a deposit. I set it on the top floor. The room is neat and clean as shown in the picture. The toilet is very big in Europe, but the beams of the house are more dangerous and easier to knock.
Overall, the hotel is more suitable as a choice

This hotel is a true gem, offering an unparalleled level of service and comfort. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff's warm welcome made me feel like a valued guest. The room was a masterpiece in design, with attention to detail that elevated the overall experience. The hotel's commitment to cleanliness was exemplary, providing a sense of reassurance. The on-site dining options were a gastronomic delight, offering a diverse menu that catered to various tastes. The rooftop terrace, with its breathtaking views, added an extra layer of charm to the stay. This hotel is a testament to luxury, sophistication, and genuine hospitality.

Outstanding
BBenny Hon ChungThe hotel is in a central location which is only a few minutes walk from the railway station and the old town where the cathedral and all the big luxury brands can be found. There are a lot of restaurants in its vicinity. The hotel is a bit old but very clean and comfortable. The room is spacious and sound proofing is excellent. The staff are extremely polite, welcoming, and accomodating. It's worth mentioning that the hotel's check in time is 1500 but we were given a room when we arrived at 1210. The gentleman and lady at the reception counter even gave us a city map and took several minutes telling us where to go. The two reception girls in the afternoon also showed us their welcoming smiles every time they saw us. When we called to request to have a kettle the hotel gave us not just a kettle but a whole lot of instant coffee and tea bags. Wow what a surprise to receive such excellent service in a small 4 star hotel! I highly recommend it to all travellers who want to receive exceptional service.
VVivianThe room is very good and just the right size. It is clean and hygienic, and the service staff is very enthusiastic. It is very close to the airport and convenient to travel. Recommended!
GGuest UserUpon arrival, the front desk guy was constantly on the phone so we struggled to get the necessary details, but finally did and were able to store our bags, which appeared very secure. When we came back to check in, the front desk printed our room key for the wrong room. We literally walked in on an occupied room, which was uncomfortable. They blamed it on the keycard printer, which was also struggling with a few others checking in around the same time. They had to reprint pretty much everyone’s keys. Other reviews seem to indicate similar issues. Once we finally got our correct room, things were mostly okay. We couldn’t seem to find a way to keep the air conditioning running but turn off the lights. So the room got a bit warm overnight, especially with just a duvet cover. Couldn’t open the windows since there appears to be a club/bar immediately across the way that had loud music until past midnight which was already loud enough through the closed windows. We also visited the bar, and while looking at the menu at the corner of the bar, the bartender rather abruptly told us to sit at a table and someone would come by. So we did, but after awhile of waiting and no one coming, I ended up just going back to the bar and awkwardly ordering there. Never been to a bar where you couldn’t really sit at it or order there. As others recommend, definitely don’t show your free drink passes (from skipping room cleaning) until after you’ve ordered and leaving since they’ll not treat you as well. Room overall and hotel were fine, but could’ve certainly been better and expected a bit more. Location was great though! Felt like a reasonable walk whenever we wanted to go, many shops and restaurants around, and could easily reach a tram/bus stop to go further.
GGuest UserI received a wonderful welcome from the staff. They made my stay very enjoyable and were able to answer any questions. Room was clean and well appointed with comfortable beds and a good size working desk. I had dinner in both the restaurant and the bar. Service was good and staff attentive. Food was well presented and tasty. The reception area was spacious and I was able to spend some time before leaving for the airport catching up on work. Thank you all for your kind attention. All done with graciousness and a smile.
GGuest UserThe hotel is a very professional and a great week of empathy. My room at the eighth floor an impressive view of Geneva the water jet the Alps of pure happiness Cerise on the cake the rich and varied breakfast Swiss and high quality products and Bio I will quote Maylick and Noémie to the small care. I'm a custom of this hotel and I'll return to my next stay in Geneva. I recommend it very strongly.
GGuest UserWhat a fabulous city, gorgeous hotel central to the main sights so clean no rubbish no dog dirt , great food service and friendly locals Geneva has a wonderful tourist travel card all trams buses and the train that goes directly to the airport are included you need to be aware that there is a tourist tax to pay around 9 Swiss francs per person, well worth it
GGuest UserThe following is my view and observation of the Nash Suites Geneva where we recently stayed Positives Hotel Location - Great (5 mins from the airport and a regular shuttle) Hotel Staff - Very polite, courteous and helpful. Terry at breakfast was a legend Hotel Cleanliness - Excellent cannot fault. Room was tidied and replenished each day Hotel Shuttle - always on time and all drivers were great. Thank you All rooms have a window shutter, being so close to the airport means this stops the extra light and noise and you get a great nights sleep Negatives - I only have two pieces of advice for the hotel Breakfast - the only thing that stopped me giving them a 10/10. Nothing was labelled (my daughter is vegetarian) There was limited choice And what was on display was cold (even though food was kept in a closed heat tray, i don't think they were on or working as any item taken from it was cold. Breakfast is the most important part of the day as it sets you up the for the long day ahead. But after paying 20 Swiss Francs we were most disappointed. The hotel serves it from 05.30 am to 10.30 am but the lack of choice and cold food was a real let down hence my score of 8/10 as opposed to 10/10 If a would be customer emails you with questions please respond as soon as possible and fully answer all questions. Travellers Notes Airport Shuttle is located literally just outside Arrivals. Walk out the main airport doors and its 100 meters ahead just slightly to your right or left. The Airport does sign post it well If you want to make your way from the Hotel to the town catch the No. 10 Bus which is about 250 meters from the Hotel. on the right hand side outside the Crown Plaza Hotel - Stop De Longville. The hotel should provide you with a QR code which gives you free travel throughout the city on public vehicles Limited choice for food in the area. We had to make do with a small cafe 500 yards from the hotel or a petrol station next to it that had basic supplies or went to and back to the Airport for food (using free hotel shuttle) However, i would still strongly recommend this hotel
GGuest UserStructure located about seven minutes by taxi from the airport and outside the center however easily reachable with trams 14 and 18 taking both 50 metres from the hotel and with only 15 minutes bring you to the full Bel Air stop center from where you can It is already at the foot of the historic centre and the lake, and the structure is renovated by restructuring, but I think it is very disorganized and certainly needs to be improved in many respects. The rooms are more than comfortable with king size double bed, unfortunately not in Italian but with sack-size peelings. A comfortable bathroom with a large shower where bidet is obviously absent, a large bathroom with a 4-star big shiabat is missing and there are no drinks in the refrigerator except a bottle of water that can be found on the table at the arrival. Unfortunately, they left to wish cleaning and worse the second day they had not even made the room to clean it (in 10 minutes!!!) on ns request around 18.00 and I leave room for imagination on the level of cleaning made. Breakfast is both sweet and saloon-acceptable and with a variety of proposals. We found a boy who was also speaking Italian very propens to give information, friendly and also available in the breakfast room. Check In and Check Out too slow and yet with few people waiting for this due to the presence of one operator, a situation that we also noticed in the tours of the so-called stay. I think it is a good solution for those who want to spend much less than the facilities in the centre, even for the simple and fast connection to the tram this latter how buses can be used entirely free by making themselves the reception tickets worth all the stay Vs.
GGuest UserThe hotel was chosen because we needed a garage, because we were in car and it was the best hotel we could get near the center. The room was very large for triple suit, and breakfast was very good, and it also had a good bar service. We had a problem with our room because it was morning for trucks on the street and they make a huge load and discharge noise. Then I suggest room not to be returned to the rue du Monthoux, which has drawn attention to the good hotel management by Mr Nicolas Goureau, General Manager, who always worried that you had a good stay.
Super comfy and fun place to stay here. We stayed for two nights and it was great. The bed was one of the best we had on our holiday and the room had a nice laid out bathroom. The hotel is a 3 minute walk from the side of the lake and very close to the main train station. We cooked dinner both nights in the room and they had a very good set up for it. All staff in the hotel were very friendly and check in and out was a breeze. Also if you're wanting a drink close by, I'd recommend the Grand Duke Pub.
