Breathtakingly Gorgeous, At the first I was arrived at parking lot, I thought I am making the wrong booking.
But when I entered, it's relief looks very nice living room, and then when approach to the simple lobby, wow, the reception is very friendly and very helpful.
She walk with us to the room, and wowww, the view is spectacular.
We book for 2 night here, I am a bit regret, why not just stay for 4 night here ??
The location is a bit far from the city, but it's wort it, I will love to come back if I visit Punta Arenas again
The Design of the room is amazingly gorgeous, full of arts, same as at the living room, there is a museums too
Strongly recommend all type of traveler to stay here, it a MUST

La localización es hacia las afueras de Puerto Natales, ya en camino a Torres del Payne. Su dueños Carlos y Cristina son quienes lo reciben a uno y lo hacen sentirse a uno cómo en casa. La casa cómo tal es hermosa, muy bien conservada y muy bien remodelada, calefacción y espacios muy agradables. Las fotos son fidedignas. La habitación es agradable, acogedora y confortable. Con una cama que tenía vista a las Torres. El baño limpio y también con calefacción. El desayuno delicioso. Definitivamente espero volver a Puerto Natales y volver a hospedarme con ellos.

This is one of those off-the-beaten-path hotels. That remain engraved in memory. Firstly for the architecture and style. It was an old sheep slaughterhouse in the Chilean Patagonia region. During the renovation, they kept all the history and equipment of the old refrigerator.
Wonderful rooms with immense views of the lake. Perfect decoration and very comfortable.
Restaurant is another highlight. Wonderful, gourmet cuisine and impeccable service from the salon staff. Perfect breakfast. If there's one point I could suggest, it's to improve the wine list a little more, as Chile has so many wineries and wonderful wine options that I found the restaurant's wine list a little out of line with Chile's potential. But nothing that compromises the whole.

GGuest UserWe stayed four nights and we were still wishing we could stay longer when we checked out. This place is gorgeous. The rooms, the bar/lounge, breakfast area and even the entry area are all exquisite. Rooms are huge. Our second floor room had a sunny large window seat perfect for relaxing with a book and/or drink. Breakfast included eggs (the omelette!!), yogurt, cheese, meat, fruit, and more. Every staff member was courteous and professional. We were treated so well through our stay! We had had difficulty finding a way to do the Fauna Trek but (special thanks here) Scarlett found us a guide who drove us and accompanied us (hike can only be done with a guide) for a very reasonable price. We recommend you stay at the hotel and include this hike. Then, spend a relaxing evening in the lounge! Finally, we enjoyed hearing about how Erkka and David brought this place to life. It’s an amazing story. Treat yourself to this place!

The hotel service is first-class, clean and tidy, the breakfast is rich, and boiled water is provided. There is a dedicated free parking lot. GGuest UserCute hotel close to stores and restaurants. The rooms had great views of the fiords. It is walking distance to everything. We walked from the bus terminal to the hotel. Breakfast had eggs, toast and other continental fares with good coffee. Service was good. They have a rooftop bar with excellent views for sunset. We stayed before and after the W Trek. They held our luggage while we were hiking. Would recommend and hope to stay again!

I love the design of this hotel, as well as the materials used to build it. The front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very clean and is located outside of town, so a $5 Uber is necessary every time you want to go out to eat or shop as there is nothing within walking distance. The shower is hot water on demand which is great, except when the power went out the morning we were leaving so had to have a cold shower. The Wifi rarely works in the rooms, and I made the mistake of not asking the price to have a load of laundry done when we returned from our 5 day Torres del Paine trek. It cost us $65 US for one full grocery bag! Plus a new pair of Smartwool socks were never returned to me and I am 100% certain they were included in the load as they were my favourite pair. We really liked this hotel, but Wifi needs to improve, the hot tub was broken, and the cost of laundry and meals is exorbitant. Nevertheless I would recommend this hotel because of it's cleanliness, design, and staff.

HHayley CI am very grateful to the owners of Hostal Galvarino for saving me from sleeping on the street! I hadn't booked to stay in this hostal, but I arrived from Torres del Paine on the late bus into Puerto Natales at 11pm. I had booked to stay next door, but even though I had advised of my late arrival the place was in darkness and no one was there to let me in. The light was on in Hostal Galvarino and so I went in and luckily they had one room left. The room was a small single, only enough space for a single bed, but it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was downstairs, but again it was very clean. The room was the equivalent £20 for the night, so it was good value. The main reason for my excellent rating was the fact that had it not been for the lovely owners I would have been wandering the streets of Puerto Natales after 11pm looking for a bed for the night. For this reason alone I would stay again. The room I had was small, but it was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced, perfectly adequate for a short stay.

GGuest UserReally in town, next to the boulevard. On the out side it looks like a big box but in side it looks lovely. Nice decorated. Good breakfast. They have free bikes. Really large rain shower. The room is not large but sufficient for a few days. Very nice staff.

The picture was taken on sailing through the "Last Hope Bay", sailing through the "Last Hope Bay" by boat from Natales port to visit the Wannian glacier. Along the way, enjoy the surrounding hills and lush forests, play with noisy sea lions on the rocks, and the cliffs known as the "herds of the swarms", where many lizards roost.

Thieves and crickets are playing in the water and drifting around the wooden stumps, it is worth standing in a daze at the old pier! The mountains in the distance are magnificent and beautiful.
