The environment is beautiful, the location is good, there is a large supermarket next to it, the rooms are comfortable and hygienic, and the morning is rich. Facilities are very user-friendly and the scenery outside the window is good. Good value for money, but also staying next time.

The hotel is big, the breakfast is rich, the room is clean and tidy, and you can see the snow-capped mountains in the distance from the hotel entrance. I felt good after staying there for a week and will come again next time.

We made the reservation choosing the option with taxes included (which is more expensive) and when checking in they told us that this tax is not VAT, but rather the commission that the hotel has to pay to the platform we use to reserve And in addition to what we paid, they charged us at the reception an extra 19% in taxes or VAT again, I work in the hotel industry and it is shameless what they do by publishing the rooms with “taxes” or “without taxes” and then they charge you for them Second time, I use this hotel chain in many countries and only in Chile did this happen to me.
I will never book at Ibis Chile again.

This was not our usual pick for Santiago but we had meetings nearby and took a chance. The suburb that Almasur resides in is a quirky and friendly neighbourhood with a charming plaza of restaurants, cafes and bars. There are a few private schools and colleges, the Main Street is cobbled and lined with Plane trees so it has an atmosphere rather like Paris!The hotel is brand new and perfect for business with large rooms. The cafe bar down stairs is great for working and meeting. I will be staying here again.

The best choice with perfect services. RQ Santa Magdalena Hotel was new and very comfortable hotel with so nice interior and exterior. It's so best location near of Mall Costanera Center and CBD. Very beautiful views. Also the hotel rooms with the kitchen, Including all kitchen equipments and accessories. Hotel's front desk was very kindly and warmly. My flight was in the morning early after my staying at the hotel. Front desk (Her name was Catalina) delivered my breakfast to my room previous day. Also she gave me very nice room with excellent views. The window was looking to the Sky Costanera Center, I'm so thankful for the hotel's front desk Catalina and her colleague who was a guy. I want to say them thank you so much again. See you soon in beautiful Santiago de Chile again 🇨🇱💕👍👍

This is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. It is warm and the architectural design is reasonable. When I saw Gaudi's book on the bar, I realized that it was the case.
Hidden in the city, convenient transportation, closed windows, the world is quiet.

GGuest UserI loved this hotel! The staff was really wonderful and accommodating. Juan was at the front desk each morning with a greeting of ”Good Morning Madame.” Nicolas was very helpful in arranging my stay prior to the visit, which was helpful. Every staff member was really friendly and accommodating. They served a small breakfast buffet in the main level each morning, even cooked eggs to order if you'd like. I went to this country traveling as a solo female. This was a nice location because it's walking distance to several restaurants and a lovely park. I felt completely safe in the area. My favorite was the Peruvian restaurant! I had this amazing seabass dish with scallops and calamari with a sauce on top. This was all on a bed of risotto. Chilian wine...fantastic! I wasn't familiar with this region's wine and was surprised at how good it was. My meal, paired with a lovely Chilian Sauvignon Blanc Reserve was so delicious that I went back and had the same thing the next night.
There is also a hill about a mile away that has the Christ statue, that is very walkable. There is a Japanese Garden on the hill. If you can't walk there, there is a funicular and the Uber car service worked just as it does in the US. One tip, if you're from the US or North, the maps will be backwards on Google. Just google directions to get them in the direction you're going. I got lost the first day until I did my Google search on how to fix.
The only problem I had was the language. Very few people speak English. I even went to a restaurant, fine dining at a park, quite lovely, but nobody spoke English and the menu was only in Spanish. To make matters worse, my phone died! Be prepared with how to use Google Translate, that will help, but if your phone dies, you're dead in the water. I found it very hard to communicate with people, which would not have been as bad had I not been traveling alone. I found it to be very isolating. I even took a tour with an English-speaking guide. I thought great, now I can chat with people, but NO! It was a guide who spoke Spanish, then translated to Portuguese, then English. I was the only English-speaking person on the bus. The museums, a few are only available in Spanish so no point going to those if you don't speak Spanish.
Other than the language barrier, I had a lovely time. My highlight was my hotel and the staff!

SSunxiaoerThe hotel lobby has a microwave to heat food and provides hot water. The king-size room is large and spacious, and there are many types of breakfast. The location is excellent. Just a short walk downstairs is the subway and Wall Street Charging Bull. It is downtown in downtown.

1. Check-in is around 4 o'clock in the local afternoon. There are two front desks, one with good English and one with poor English. The person who spoke good English was within 1 meter and there were no other customers at the time, so he completely ignored our request for help;
2. Before we checked in, the full payment was transferred to Ctrip. The hotel was unable to successfully deduct the fee, but it was unwilling to contact Ctrip. If you are good at English, you can directly say that we have the right not to let you check in. ! ***!
3. There is no extension at the front desk in the room; there is no wifi prompt etc.
The services of the B&B are better than they thought, and the price and service do not match at all. In short, I will not stay at this hotel a second time!

YYNFThe service girl at the front desk is very good. Whether arranging check-in, arranging breakfast or answering various inquiries, she does her best and is enthusiastic. Her English level is also very good. Security is always open and greeting. The beds and supplies in the house were all clean and dry. The room on the side was bright and bright, and the scenery outside the window was beautiful. The tallest tower in America on the left and the famous snow-capped mountains in the distance on the right were clearly visible. Overlooking a quiet yet lively street. It is only walking distance from the supermarket at the foot of the tallest tower, opposite the Starbucks and below, surrounded by pizza, McDonald's, KFC or other hotel restaurants. The transportation is convenient and safe. The breakfast is rich and delicious. Yogurt, cheese balls, kiwi fruit, ”sweet twists” and coffee are all my favorites.

GGuest UserNice and elegant hotel. Excellent location. Personnel is quite friendly (don Hugo at reception, for example). Rooms and climatization is excellent. I have recommended this hotel to several of my friends. One minor thing that I think should be improved: The cards system used to open the room's lock needs to be fixed. I had to go to reception several times to have them replaced or reprogrammed.
