This is a fantastic new resort built across the street from the new ski area. The skiing is touted as the largest in central China and there was ample area for beginners and decent intermediate runs. We went in December and not all of the runs were open which is not unusual for many ski resorts. The hotel was great. Very clean. The staff at both the hotel and ski slopes were incredibly helpful. The rooms were plenty warm. The food was good at the hotel restaurant (not Western but good Chinese food). There is a good hotpot restaurant next door that serves great coffee as well!! The town up the hill (5-10 minute walk) is charming and has many more eating options. We can't say enough positive things about our time at this hotel, enjoying skiing and the mountains. The area looks like it will experience much more future growth, so I would go again soon....

The room was clean and tidy, no smell. There is a small supermarket in the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping. Sound insulation: very quiet, I usually sleep very lightly, but I can't hear the sound of the corridor and next door here, very quiet. Service attitude is very good, very intimate, come back next time!

環境衛生服務均可，離花海景區僅五公裏，周邊生活娛樂方便，充滿自在人間煙火氣，設施方面唯一不足的是沒有空調和紗窗，因為地處山區，潮濕，蚊蟲多，另外早餐供應時間延長一點，供應品種再豐富一點就更好了，價格可以上調些也是可理解的

The location is very central. It takes a few minutes to get to the Wuxiakou Scenic Area Cableway by taxi, 10 to 20 minutes to get to the high-speed rail station, and a few minutes to walk to the pier to take a boat to Shenlongxi. A little further down is Binjiang Park. I forgot to take a photo of the room, but there is a supermarket and shopping mall next to it. There are spare quilts in the room, which is great overall!

房間很大，標間的床墊可以拼在一起，秒變2.7m大床房。都是智能家電，馬桶也是，很是方便。每一層的公共區域有洗衣機，烘乾機和健身器材，但是我沒有使用。不足之處：1.衞生間沒有晾衣服的繩子和掛鈎。2.打掃房間的阿姨做事非常不仔細，屬於客人的私人物品會丟棄，打濕了化粧包也不清理和告知客人。我發現後打電話給前台，態度比較積極主動，及時處理和賠償。希望加強服務人員的培訓管理。
