They lived up to expectations and let the children get together as they wished. Every child was very happy and didn't want to leave the hotel to play somewhere else. The hotel is well-equipped and 5 minutes away from the beach. The restaurant has a buffet and Northwest specialties. The rooms are clean and tidy. The hotel is convenient to access, especially there are many delicious local foods around. I went out with friends, and there was a barbecue in the hotel with beer. The hotel met all our needs. The waiter was very enthusiastic and introduced the hotel facilities and dining times one by one. I will come to this hotel again next time

This hotel could be a perfect getaway for couples if they were more focused on the spa part. The hot springs next to each building are really nice and hot. The lighting however could be more inviting instead of cold white. Also the wooden walkways could use a prep up. The Spa itself looks really inviting, but during our stay, there was only one masseur available. So no partner massage possible, even though it was 2 bed massage rooms. Also the massage was quite pricey with just about 700¥ per hour. The breakfast was OK. Nothing to really look forward to as European, but edible and coffee was available. Additionally, there is a fresh fruit plate for the room each day. The staff (not speaking any english) tried it's best. Lastly, the hotel is quite remote. There is really nothing much to do in the near surrounding. So have a car ready or settle for a taxi ride for 30 minutes to Haikou city...

Service: I originally wanted to experience the local breakfast food, but I found out that there was nothing around after I arrived😭 After learning about the situation, the little brother at the front desk applied for a buffet breakfast for us for free, so I still have to say thank you🤗🤗🤗 Environment: Self-driving all the way is really disappointed with the surrounding environment! What we didn't expect was that the hotel is spacious and bright, and the windows are bright and clean, which gave us a little more joy... As for the facilities in the room, the facilities in the room are also clean, and the school supplies are also thoughtfully prepared for the children. The room is large and comfortable. I came on a business trip. There is a comfortable desk and a sofa coffee table for leisure. It is also convenient to make tea. It is quite clean and sanitary. There are many food nearby. I highly recommend it.

Nice hotel, but needs renovation. I wish I went there when is was just built. The building and the rooms have good design (accept the glass doors in the bathroom) but are a bit old. The parking next to the hotel is huge but was full during our three days stays and we were asked to park quite far from the entrance. It was very full. The hotel is right next to the beach which is not crowed or dirty. I wish they had a basin for washing feet at the back gate that leads to the beach. I liked the garden there. The swimming pool is nice but I think it is managed by a different company since the service at the pool is very different from the hotel. But the pool itself is great, very big and clean. You may feel a bit disturbed because of the pool’s lifeguard who always shows and complains about everything. I don’t recommend the restaurant, it’s overpriced for its menu and taste. The breakfast is okay but definitely not something worth commenting on.

She even offered to give me brown sugar ginger tea when I had a cold. There were too many mosquitoes in the room, and even plugging in electric mosquito coils didn't work. The children were bitten all over. Environment: The layout of the duplex sea view room is very unreasonable. The most obvious thing is that the shower rooms upstairs and downstairs are transparent, which is very inconvenient for a family of young and old. The lighting design of the room is also unreasonable. For people like me who have trouble sleeping when there is little light, it is too uncomfortable. The light upstairs will completely affect the downstairs, which will seriously affect my sleep. Service: The service is generally good, but the hardware equipment is not good and the room design is unreasonable. The room rate includes 2 breakfasts. For a room that can accommodate 4 people, the other two people need to pay for themselves. This is unreasonable. It is 98 per person. There are not many types of buffet. I booked five days and four nights and ate the buffet for four days. I got tired of it in the end. The key is that there are no other options near the hotel. All in all, it is recommended to consider it appropriately when traveling as a family.
