The rooms and bedding are clean and odorless. 24 hours hot water is good. The front desk and room staff are warm and meticulous. There is an elevator. There is an underground parking lot. Close to the national gate. There are three big supermarkets around. Easy to eat. There is a small farmer's market 300 meters away. There is a small garden terrace on the fifth floor, located by the river, opposite Vietnam, and not too far from the border. The room is OK. We booked two twin rooms with river views. One of the rooms only had very hot water for the shower, which scalded my companion. It took a long time to fix the shower water. My companion asked the waiter to change the room but got no response. He just kept saying ”please forgive me”. We had to go to another room to take a shower. After about 10:30 pm, the noise from the hotel's entertainment city was very loud, which lasted for several hours.
