帶娃回廣州路上定的一晚酒店，想着是新開的，評價也不低，應該會比較好，結果慘不忍睹。先客觀説一下還不錯的地方，定的親子套房面積夠大，全屋智能，有兩個衞生間，還有浴缸，硬件挺不錯。接下來總結各種奇葩點：1.房間很大，但客廳除了沙發茶几空空如也，連個垃圾桶也沒有，吃西瓜要自己找垃圾袋裝。房間也沒有電話，衹能靠智能設備小杜去呼叫前台，但通話永遠連不上。2.預訂時有贈送的下午茶，下午入住後一直沒送，於是去問前台，對方很冷淡説沒有了，晚上可以贈送糖水，結果一直到睡覺啥也沒送，搞得娃特別鬱悶。3.因為帶着兩個娃出行，房間衹有三個枕頭，於是和前台説送多一個枕頭，回覆説因為當天帶孩子的旅客比較多，枕頭沒有了。無語的是，夜裡12點多時智能設備突然響起音樂，前台説又有枕頭了，還需不需要，於是兩個娃都被活生生吵醒了。4.早餐供應時間是7到10點，我們9點10分到的時候，很多吃的像熱乾麪這些都已經沒了，而且煮麪明檔那裡阿姨、服務員、主管輪流上陣，非常不專業。總之，這是一家非常不專業的酒店，管理混亂，不推薦大家來住。

這次來黃石真是值了，原來湖北還有這麼棒的酒店，從服務到環境，比之前住的很多比這貴的酒店都要好很多，入住到退房，酒店各環節銜接的都很好，早餐豐盛，管家BOBO從住前就打電話我什麼時候到，問我有什麼需求，並且提前幫我開好了空調。酒店給我準備的下午茶和甜品非常有特色，我還在迷你吧裏面找到了黃石當地的土特產，有珍珠果米酒和黃石港餅。酒店這邊的環境也很好，依山傍水，窗外就是無邊泳池和磁湖，走到落地窗邊仔細看，還能看到遠處的燈塔和沙灘邊嬉戲的小童，有點小遺憾是沒有看到人游泳，可能是天氣轉涼的原因。總之能以這樣划算的價格住到這樣美麗的酒店，真心推薦。
