The hot pot dinner was mouthwatering and warmed us up on chilly nights. With its convenient location, we easily explored Jiayuguan Pass and the Great Wall. This hotel's hospitality was top-notch, and we can't wait to go back. Highly recommended for an unforgettable stay!

房間衞生裝修還是不錯的，可惜服務真的讓人無語，晚上太晚回來沒洗澡，第二天早上起來想洗澡，腳墊一攤黃色的東西，突然想起這個酒店評論區裏面差評的網友説被無故陷害弄臟毛巾要賠償的，我火氣馬上上來，打電話去講這個事情，前台服務員竟然沒説怎麼處理就直接掛我電話，**火冒三丈，全國住那麼多酒店第一次碰到這樣的，到了前台發火了，服務員又開始狡辯説聽我沒有聲音掛了，你怎麼處理都不説直接掛我電話，還狡辯，要不是認錯態度好，我就衹給一星了，後來處理的方式更無語，去隔壁拿一個沒用過的過來，然後説把臟的拿到隔壁房間。早上出門到前台重複強調我是住兩天的，要打掃房間，裏面毛巾全部給我換了，白班前台説好的，等我跟客户喝完酒半夜回來竟然刷不了房卡又得跑下去，本來不想發火的，喝的暈乎的還要跑下去一趟，早上都叮囑過，搞這服務，非常無語，老闆你們得好好培訓培訓這些服務員工啊！不過退房的那天前台服務員服務還是不錯的！
