The lady at the check-in counter at about 1700 that afternoon asked me kindly. It is recommended to provide disposable environmentally friendly slippers (reusable rubber slippers are provided on site)

The hotel is hygienic and has a good environment, with a space near the service desk where guests can eat freely, but the light is slightly dim and uncomfortable. Hotel service politeness is average, for example, in my sprinkler confirmation, it states that the return is at 12 noon, but at 11 am, my room phone rang, a male hotel attendant informed me that I returned the goods at 11 am, and I asked back if it was not returned at 12 noon room, he replied in a very bad tone, our colleagues did not prompt you. I just answered no question, he immediately responded that a waiter would come to the room to clean up later. When I went to the service desk to check out and saw a male young waiter, after I took out the hotel confirmation to show him, he took a picture and said the reaction to the company, nothing else to say, really disappointed me

The equipment service is very good, is it too late to enter the room? I can only enter the room at 6 o'clock and I can't enter it after 5 o'clock? It's not that I would rather spend half an hour to find a nearby one with less than half an hour of booking.

I have a wonderful experience at the Loft Hotel 中和沐舍. I stay here for Quarantine 10 days. Staff are very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Mr. LEO 李秉儒 is extremely pleasant and incredibly helpful. The sevice is exceptional as well. The room is wonderful and clean. Love the bathup. Foods are delicious too! Minibar is free. Wifi is very fast. Tv screen is big. I highly recommend this hotel! 謝謝你們!

The hotel staff is kind to people, the rooms are clean and tidy, use the ”peace of mind tour” discount of 500 yuan, two big two small ~ 3,000 yuan, breakfast is really cost-effective. But the sound insulation really needs to be strengthened. At 12 o'clock last night, you can hear the voice of the children in the next room, and even the sound of jumping, so you are interrupted by sleep. But other than that, the whole is quite satisfactory!

Room had smoking smell and 9th floor had a great view of the lake but the room could be cleaner. Maybe fresh paint won’t hurt and clean the moldy area in bathroom, change light bulb would be nice, missing one in bathroom, elevator was out of service so had to carry luggage to first floor. Our 5th fl room two days ago was so much newer and cleaner. Not sure what happened. Shame!

The environment is clean, the staff have good service attitude, and the breakfast is delicious. The most important thing is the view outside the window, which makes people open-minded and convenient. I will go there again next time

Sleeping at night has always been strange sound, TV occasionally will make strange sound, toilet paper is a few pieces of the lost (no replacement feeling) sound insulation is not very good, double beds for two single bed frames with double mattresses. Good health, no bathtub has an immune toilet, toothbrush is easy to use (the hair is very soft).
