有一説一，定的年初一去的竹苑園景豪華雙床房，去到後發現房間不太行，首先是我訂的房全部一樓，進去感覺濕冷濕冷的，進去整個人不舒服，有點黴味，然後房間帶的温泉池有點臟，然後果斷換了別墅雙床房，相對來説還是好一些，有獨立的陽台，室外還帶有一個温泉池，但沒想到住過後，不知道是衞生沒做好，還是床太潮濕了，後背有點過敏了，我還是鋪了一次性四件套，值得誇的是去的室外泡的温泉水很舒服，空氣很好，剛好碰到一個池換新水，還有早餐很不錯，黃油粑粑很好吃

環境像園林一樣優美，超值的酒店，房間古色古香，裝修高級，傢具都是實木雕花，很有品位，度假特別舒服。酒店還有餐廳，是獨立的，點餐可以九折，飯菜好吃，魚湯特別鮮美。床品和沐浴都很舒服。

房間寬敞 地理位置很好 旁邊是個公園 可惜我們時間匆匆 無法仔細賞玩 內部設施齊全 電動窗簾、配套綠色農夫山泉水 看得出來老闆很希望做成中檔以上層次 酒店設施也很完善 有充電樁 當時本來有輛油車佔了位置 酒店也設法找人移開了 再次感謝酒店工作人員。缺點是應該是個別人偷懶了 沒有及時更換被套和枕套 上面有腳印和發黴的黴點 這是很影響健康的，希望酒店老闆除了搞好硬件 更要搞好軟件 另外酒店的早餐只有粉面 沒有粥類 這對外地遊客來説不是特別友好。就那天入住感受來説這個價格也是合適的 不算貴也不算便宜。以上意見 僅供參考。
