This hotel is close to Shihezi Municipal Government, and it is integrated with the Municipal Government Square and Pearl Park. Beautiful environment, convenient transportation and convenient parking. The room facilities of the executive bed room are also available. The service needs to be improved. When I checked in at the front desk at 2 pm, the four people at the front desk barely spoke. When I arrived at the room, the room service was not polite at the time. There was no sense of service. However, the room service on the morning of the 9th was satisfactory. The room service phone service in the housekeeping center is also satisfactory. I hope to continue to improve the service level in the future.

5.十分感謝4樓保潔人員，裝修人員，和工作人員，我家人的項鍊掉進洗手池前方的縫隙裏，這三位員工忙了快一小時才幫忙勾出來。給個大大的贊！【建議】把洗手池前方的縫隙用玻璃膠填一下。
6.總體各方面都很棒，並且是開業的新酒店，並無什麼氣味，可以放心入住。

The service staff is very polite and considerate. The water in the room is also sufficient. I just think that there may be some shoddy work at the beginning of construction. For example, the water in the shower room will leak into the bathroom next door. For example, the hot water in the bathtub is yellow water. This is not a problem with the water quality, but a problem with the pipes, because the cold water is clean. For example, one of the automatic toilets is not working. But the staff responded quickly when I asked them to deal with it.

Hotel parking is very convenient, the laundry room has Haier's washing machine and dryer, very convenient, breakfast has boiled noodles and oysters. The family room is not very large in size, the bed in the big bed room has to be posted on the opposite wall. The air conditioner is not very cool, let the room service come up to check, the first notice, said that the meeting came to see, the result has not come, the second time to the front desk said, later did not know to check, the air conditioner in the room is still not very strong, we also made do with two nights.

新疆真的是太美了，自駕遊第一次來真的被驚艷到了，震撼👍👍，這次出行裝到了新疆人的古爾邦節出行的人太多了，趕了一天的路晚上選擇在石河子休息一晚入住了潤昌大飯店，説實話來之前做了攻略選擇了其他的酒店，但是看了網上評後最後決定入住這家，果然不負所望，前台服務很好辦理入住很快房間還配了水果和酸奶很是開心，因為帶了一個12歲的小傢伙前台説我們一家三口可能會有點擁擠跟我們升級個親子房，真的是太感謝當天值班的工作人員了很遺憾沒有你記錄你的姓名跟你們領導表揚你，但我會給給身邊的朋友安利來石河子一定首選你家，貼心服務

We did everything in the shortest time and also visited the scenic spot of Shihezi. The hotel's facilities are complete, clean and tidy, no smell, elegant environment, good location, free parking, and fast Internet speed. Next time we will come here to see the museum, we will come to this clean and warm city.

GGuest User複試住的，很安靜這點比較滿意，（除了最後幾晚隔壁有半夜放歌的很吵）老闆還算可以態度，24h熱水，就是能每天來打掃一下就好了，垃圾也沒人主動進來收，沒有一次性拖鞋，空調沒遙控器…周圍點外賣都很方便，總體還行
