酒店很好 有身體乳和護髮素 吹風機竟然還是徠芬的。很多細節都很細心，還有擦手巾。給我的感覺就是很真誠 其實真誠別人是能感受到的 很多行業內可做可不做的東西 哪怕全季 漢庭也沒做到給身體乳 但是酒店都做了 還給了擦鞋巾 很多細節吧 非常體貼 可能商業競爭的最後 是人文關懷的勝出比例 最初是想選漢庭的 印象裏就是雖然不優秀 但是標準 在唐河標準這個概念已經不容易了 沒想到還有鷗凱 在南陽市內看到很多次但因為家在南陽沒住過 這次到唐河體驗 還是很驚喜的 服務員會笑 不是假笑 是真誠説話帶笑 這點靠培訓是做不到的 所以酒店吸引了很多真誠的人 我是徒步旅行到唐河的 一路上很多疲憊 但她笑着跟我説話的時候 真的不疲憊了 還教我用空調 跟酒店文化一樣 很多事她都是不用做的 但還是給了我超出標準的關懷 愛出者愛返 我們顧客也感受到了 送的餐盤零食裏有光明的酸奶 感覺很用心了 因為就乳業行業來看 經常和牛奶的都知道伊利蒙牛是很普通的標準質量 所以選了光明算是很驚喜了 真的是用心費心了 不是胡亂應付做樣子選的產品 最後祝酒店越來越好 成為下一個華住會 或者説超越華住 給客人帶來更多好眠的夜晚 謝謝
