一家四口攜帶長者來古城旅遊，攜程上面顯示很多客棧，當時憑感覺訂的這家會館，沒想到這是我遇到過酒店中最好服務的一家！我們臨近中午提前到了酒店，沒到下午入住時間，但是前台小哥哥看着我們帶着長者不方便，馬上幫我們找到了一間剛剛打掃完的房間，讓長者可以提前休息一下，下午長者感覺着涼了一點不舒服，我打電話給前台想問問有沒有薑茶水，小哥立馬讓後廚幫忙現煮了一碗小米粥外加一杯薑絲水，送到客房給長者，還有就是我們第二天早上為了趕路，決定早晨5:30出發，前台小哥特別貼心留下了他的電話，讓我們早上聯繫他，他給我們安排電瓶車送我們到古城出口（小南門），還給我們準備了牛奶麪包棗糕等可以攜帶的早餐，我們真的感覺特別貼心，真的覺得這家會館的服務太棒了，長者這次旅行特別開心，我們下次再來古城還會選擇這家山西會館，也會推薦給身邊親朋好友，雖然酒店設施有些陳舊，比不上那些新裝修的客棧，但是在外旅遊住宿最重要的還是酒店的服務品質，總之這是我春節旅遊中碰到的最好的酒店啦！

The room was great, got a lake view one which was really nice, and had a small lake with a nice walking path around it. It is not located in the city center, and the ******* booking number was pretty useless at check in but with my name and passport everything we perfect and the staff was great.

I stayed in Taierzhuang for 2 days. Because there was no room in the flower room on the first day, I chose Zaozhuang Mansion. Compared with the price of 900 a night, it was hurt (not as good as the whole season). 這個酒店是我們全程旅行當中非常滿意的一家。首先，酒店地理位置非常優越，就在台兒莊古城內，酒店內部和外部景色非常秀美，尤其是外部的古城景色與酒店內部的四合院風格相映成趣，晚上燈光亮起，無論走在酒店內還是古城內，都能讓我們身心舒暢。其次，酒店的服務特別棒，從我們進入古城辦理入住開始，酒店就安排了專車接送，免去我們搬運行李和步行的勞苦；負責接送我們的小哥，還是酒店前台的小姐姐們，都非常nice，每一句話都很貼心，每一個服務都很細緻。第三，感謝酒店前台的小姐姐給我們做了升級，從一樓的房間升級到二樓的景觀房。房間很乾凈/很整潔/很舒適，所有的物品一應俱全，還非常貼心地送了小點心和酸奶，看到我們帶着孩子，也是馬上送來一副牙刷和一雙拖鞋，讓我們十分感動。第四，酒店的餐廳的美食非常棒，臨走那天，我們逛完古鎮已經很餓了，回酒店取行李，提出想在酒店吃午餐，此時服務員馬上通知廚房（其實廚房已經休息了），為我們三個人單獨開火做美食，這一點讓我們太感動了，而且美食很不錯，絕對比景區裏的一些餐飲店味道要好。綜上所述，我們下次去台兒莊，一定還會堅定的選擇正昇園的，也會推薦我們的朋友來入住。
