The hotel was very weak due to the new year period and the Corona flute. However, the staff was friendly and motivated. The room was good, there was a fruit plate and water to greet. The restaurant was operated with a basic offer, which is more than understandable given the location of the hotel and the equipment. Breakfast was a customized buffet. Broad, sauce, cheese etc. you could take on the buffet. Heat drinks and hot food were prepared after order. The low extent also led to sufficiently available parking places directly next to the hotel entrance. A good experience overall despite the Corona restrictions.

After a long time I was back in Kelsterbach area at my usual Ibis Frankfurt Airport and Voila .... on my way to Ibis on the shuttle bus from Frankfurt Airport I see this sign in German ” Indisches Restaurant in Kelsterbach” and I was like ” WOW” .... there you are after staying here for about 7 years pre-pandemic and having almost no options to eat i am here ... back after a 3 year gap forced by the pandmeic and there is this Indian Restaurant .... which is actually a part of this Sunset Hotel in Kelsterbach .. I have been eating all thru my stay as this is open only for Dinner 5 pm to 9 pm as the timig says on the door .... great Indian food so far all 4 days i have been eating different dishes from the not so big menu .... tastes nice , their indian breads are also well done much better than the typical Indian restaurants in Europe serve ... I would just say ” they stay for a long time here ” all the good luck to the gentleman who runs this place and also kudos to the person who owns this property and have envisioned having an Indian restaurant of out of all the choices .... I would suggest one and all to visit this place when you are around Frankfurt Airport and enjoy the food ...... without any hesitation from my experience . I am in utter pain right now. No matter if I laid on my back or sides it was just painful. I had to try to sleep on my stomach to keep from just not going to sleep at all. I guess since it was just me in the room, its just ONE pillow. So I wasn't even able to put a pillow under my head and my body. They need to get new mattresses or toppers cause it was horrible. Like sleeping on a cloth rock. Room was clean. Service was good. They already had our rooms ready for us when we arrived so that was def a plus. Since breakfast doesnt start until 0600, it would nice to have a bag breakfast available for airline guests since its on the voucher and you are probably being paid for it. Easy 15 min drive to the hotel. Ordered a cab for this morning. Cab was 30 euros last night by meter. The cab this morning charged me 20 euro and the couple in the same car 25 euro so 45 euro for a 15 ride. Dont know if thats common practice to charge that way. He didn't even turn on his meter. I think he was just charging what he wanted to. Which wasnt fair.

I liked the location which was so close to the airport. They have free shuttle bus service it took about 10mins to the airport. I didn't have to rush before going to the airport. The bed was nice and the room was clean. I would visit here next time

From the welcome gluwein drink to the comfortable, clean, and spacious gathering place, the Moxy is a millennial’s dream location. Numerous gathering places are available for group conversation, group computer space, sitting areas filled with character and easy humor. The well-equipped casual bar served both food and beverages. My husband and I enjoyed the Nurnberger sausages and sauerkraut with a local beer. A fitness center was available and space for meetings. The rooms were clean, modern, and equipped with indirect and motion-activated lighting. Transportation to and from the airport is easy with shuttle service.

Great hotel for its price! Room may have been a bit small but was perfect for me! Clean room, quiet, excellent shower facilities, everything works! Staff was super friendly and I must say extremely efficient. Breakfast was also very good, and the free airport shuttle is definitely a bonus!

Before I flew on holiday, I stayed at Platzhirsch Living and enjoyed the hotel's perfect service. Everything was new and in top condition, very quiet despite being so close to the airport, breakfast was very appealing and tasty, friendly staff. Shuttle service every half hour to Terminal 1 and 2. When I had to cancel my return flight because of the train strike, they kindly allowed me to do so free of charge. Not to be taken for granted! Absolutely recommended! I'd be happy to come back :)

The location is perfectly situated next to the airport which was ideal for our stay however really dissatisfied with hotel. No coffee milks in room so had to request this which were quickly delivered however somebody needs to check the milk there giving out clearly passed it’s sell by date milk was like cottage cheese hence the bad review. For the money I paid expected a lot better to be honest can say the hotel is one of the worst value hotels I have stayed in beds uncomfortable room hot and milk clearly gone off would not recommend.

The rooms are small but well equipped and very clean. If it is a double occupancy, remember to ask for another quilt (the quilt is super small), and the coffee machine next to the front desk is awesome. If it is an overnight transfer without inbound luggage, it is very suitable. But if you want to pick up your luggage halfway, don't book it, because you have to go out of the country and then re-check in, and then re-enter, and you have to go through security checks. It was very convenient for us to stay one night through the direct luggage transfer on our outbound trip. We couldn't take out our luggage through the direct luggage transfer on our return trip because it was too late (22:00) and the security check and immigration were off duty, so we didn't even get to stay. So embarrassing.
