The card is needed to start the loading process. You are back at the reception 2 minutes later, where you will get the EUR 50 back. That doesn't make any sense. In the Junior Suite there is a Senseo machine. There are 4 capsules with it. If you want more, you have to pay for it. This happened to us for the first time. At a junior suite I expect the capsules to be renewed every day, free of charge. I also pay more for this for the room. The hotel is at all very business-friendly. Just before arrival you get an email with the offer of upgrades, of course against payment, e.g. early arrival, late departure etc. When we arrived we faced the hotel having a “Green week” and we were asked, Because we were only a few days there to refrain from the room cleaning. Of course voluntary. We have been grateful to reject it. Instead of upgrading, we should have been informed about it in advance, then we might have promised.
