I just returned from a three night stay at the Hotel Alpina. As always it was a great experience. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room was very clean with a comfy bed along with good wifi. The food in the restaurant was fantastic. Since my last stay they have expanded their menu and it was really fantastic! Since the pandemic they have done some renovations to many areas of the hotel. I noticed the gym has all new equipment. I highly recommend staying here as it's my favourite hotel in the area and you're treated like family!

This is a stunning hotel in a stunning location. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and pretty much everyone speaks very good English. The room we stayed in was large with an incredible view of the mountains. There was a large very comfortable bed and a really nice bathroom. They have a lovely scheme where you can opt to skip housekeeping for the day and they will pay for a tree to be planted instead. The pool areas are wonderful and there are so many different areas to sit, relax and take in the views. While we were there this included paragliders floating over the valley. I was very very impressed by the food. Our first meal was the set menu for dinner. We had no idea how much it would be but we were astonished that it was only €25 each. The quality of each course was very high, so we opted to eat in the hotel each night. Breakfasts were also great with a huge choice of continental and cooked items. The selection of teas and the freshly squeezed juice were both very welcome. Between 2pm and 4pm there are also free ‘snacks’ available but this is again a sizeable selection of meat, cheese, salads, bread and absolutely delicious cakes, which were a full meal rather than a snack. I have stayed in similarly priced hotels and it always seems like the drinks and food are an absolute rip off but at the Alpenhof everything is so reasonably priced. We could not have been happier here it is an absolute gem!

The hotel has a yard, parking is free, the check-in is super simple, even the passport is not needed, but it is not found at night, but the foreign hotels are basically like this, at night the front desk to leave a call, something to call, huh, huh. In the evening and in the morning, the air in the mountains is super good, the scenery is beautiful, the breakfast is not bad, 5 points, the experience is good.

On the half slope, you can see the Alps in the distance and the scenery is good. A few minutes drive to the town center, there are meals, DM, supermarket. It is quite convenient from King Lake and the magic forest about ten kilometers. There is no service staff after 10 pm in the hotel. We arrived in the middle of the night and pressed the emergency number. The store opened the car and came over from the house to open the door. It was still very good. The breakfast was quite rich, and everyone gave the designated table with a brand name on the table. The hotel room is large, larger than the average European hotel, and the heating is very warm. The only dissatisfaction is that the quotation is not the same as the actual one, saying that there is a tax.

The room is booked for 3 people, spacious, bright and comfortable, unexpectedly found that the mattress is latex, sleep is very comfortable, our balcony can see the mountain view and river view, we have dinner directly on the balcony, so romantic feeling, the supermarket is just 200 meters opposite, very convenient to shop, The hotel is located 3 minutes walk from the bus and train station. It is very convenient. The breakfast is very good. There is also a professional restaurant for dinner. The front desk service is great. A free transportation card is available for each person. A deposit of 5 euros for one card can be used until the day of check-out. When you check out, you will return to us. Use this card to take the trip to King Lake. You can swipe the card on Lake Sint, which is great. It's right to come here for a trip.

This hotel room is not big, but it is very close to King Lake. It takes 6 minutes to drive to King Lake parking lot in the morning. Breakfast is OK. Because I arrived late the night before, I received a call from the Ctrip hotel butler on the road to remind the key in the password box at the door. The service was great.

We enjoyed the hotel as an overnight stop on the way to Vienna and are completely happy and satisfied. Our room with a mountain view and balcony was attractively furnished, very quiet and very clean. Yes, the ambience is a bit stuck in the past, but that's what makes it so charming. The breakfast and dinner were excellent, fresh sausage and cheese, no pre-baked rolls!! and the view of the mountains from the restaurant is fantastic. The staff were very friendly, competent and helpful and always ready for a chat. As I said, it couldn't be more perfect, which is why we will definitely come back...and then obviously for a bit longer.
