Clean hotel. Family room but maximum 4 people. The exit ticket from the car park is made at the reception for an amount of 18 €.
The restaurant offers a buffet for the evening at the mrix of 34 € / adult. The breakfast buffet is very good, very rich and varied.

This is a beautiful hotel. Great location. Pleasant staff and great rooftop bar. Italian restaurant on your doorstep and make sure to book the city view room. Amazing views. Clean rooms. The only negative would be the air conditioning wasn’t very strong.

Useful pretty hotel, easy to reach by train or car, with possibility of parking, outside (free) or in the private garage; very near to the city center, just above the old fascinating fishermen’s medieval quarter. Our room vas at the top floor, very pretty and quite silent, considering the proximity of the railway. Staff is nice and pleasant, I think here you can find the best quality/price ratio in the city center.

Very friendly and helpful staff, small but nice hotel in a very central location. The hotel is within a minute walk from the adjacent parking house (Salzstadl). The rooms are modernly furnished (some of them may be a little small) and very clean, “Allround soap” is available in donors, so that not so much waste is produced and towels are sufficiently available. The breakfast room is a little small, but there is a good and extensive breakfast buffet. There are only a few minutes to the Münster and the pedestrian area!

We had an wonderful stay at the Comfor in all aspects. The cleanliness of the rooms and dining/kitchen areas were excellent. The staff are super helpful, professional and friendly. We have stayed on numerous occasions and in different seasons it is cosy in Winter and cool in the Summer, beds are comfy and showers hot and powerful. There is a delicious breakfast available which includes freshly cooked bacon and eggs, fruits, yoghurts, cereals, assorted lovely breads, pastries, cheeses, meats and juices. The coffee is great! The parking under the hotel is very handy and there is also a tram quite close by to connect to the hotel if arriving by train. Restaurants and The Munster are just a short walk away and it’s lovely to stroll the old town. We will continue to visit this wonderful home away from home and thank you for looking after us so well we really appreciate everything you do for us each time we stay, you are all fabulous.

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Garni am Zehntstadl for several nights while visiting friends and touring Ulm. We had a spacious room with a bathroom that had good shelf space to store our toiletries. The staff was terrific -- very friendly, helpful and responsive. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. The hotel is spotless and well maintained. A bus stop is about two blocks away with a bus that takes about 12 minutes to take you into the center of Ulm. We had no issues with the WiFi. Be aware, though, that there is no elevator, and no air conditioning. Despite that, we would easily stay here again.

GGuest UserNice modern hotel, we chose a queen bed room which was adequate. Mattress was really comfortable! There is air conditioning which was very nice!
Those with allergies should perhaps know that the rooms have carpeted floors.
Outside parking 15 €, we honestly found it too expensive.
Breakfast buffet was nice, fully automatic coffee machine with fair trade coffee, tea selection, fresh ginger and lemon... delicious croissants... the great thing, you can have breakfast on the terrace...
The staff were all very friendly :-)

WWookie1957This a really nice hotel in every aspect. The rooms are larger and extremely comfortable and are spotless. The bar area is really nice and welcoming. The restaurant is very good and the quality of food is very good. The breakfast is one of the best I have had at a hotel in Europe. The staff are very helpful and extremely friendly nothing is to much trouble. The hotel has underground parking with a fee payable per night. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the city center and the train station. Once in the center there are many restaurants to choose from and if you have time at the weekend you can explore the old town of Ulm just a couple of minutes from the city center. I will recommend this hotel to colleagues who come to work in Ulm and also friends and family if they visit Ulm. Thank you to all the staff and management who made my stay so enjoyable..

HHi-MissThis trip went to several hotels during the trip. Except for the Hilton at the airport, this hotel was the most satisfactory one on this trip. The price is very affordable, the rooms are clean and clean. I heard that it was a new hotel that was renovated last year. I heard from the front desk that there is an old Riku Hotel about 10 minutes’ walk away from this hotel. Like other hotels in Europe, there is no kettle inside. , Slippers, toothpaste, toothbrushes and the like, shampoo and shower gel in a bottle. Other facilities are available, including tables, lamps, hangers, etc. The hangers are not fixed in the cabinet, but can be taken out to hang clothes, which is very nice. Besides the location, next to the ULM Cathedral, the entire town is built around the Cathedral, so I will never be afraid of getting lost, and I can go back to the hotel smoothly if I walk. Downstairs is a well-known restaurant for eating pork knuckles and beer, and there is an Alnature supermarket next to it, which is all convenient. By the way, the front desk of the hotel only works in the afternoon. There is no one in the morning and no one after 10 in the evening. Because the train is delayed, the hotel arrives after 10 o’clock. The key is to call the switchboard and get the key through the KeyBox next to the door. GGuest UserThis is a nice, clean, quiet and generally comfortable hotel. Decently priced. At walking distance from the train station, and from all the central places that have to be visited in this beautiful, hospitable, charming city. They should include the breakfast in the price of the room. Or make it a less costly extra. Because there are a lot of other options for that in the immediate neighbourhood, where one can find many wonderful café-bakeries, groceries, charcuterie and cheese stores, etc. The thermostat in the room cannot be used. The air temperature/ventilation system is central, not under the guest’s control. This could be a problem. For us, it was not warm enough, notably while sleeping. The check-out time is at 11h00. It should be at noon, like most other hotels.

GGuest UserI found the B&B surprising value for money. Though located away from the centre, it's only a 10 minute walk to get there. Yes, the hotel stands by a fairly busy road and overlooks the main railway station but I was surprised how well sound-proofed the building was, and my room directly faced these areas. Also, bear in mind, activity on road and rail is minimal at night. The room with its bathroom/shower was to a high standard, modern, clean and functional. I'd read the reviews before my visit. On my arrival, I understood immediately why they were so good. If anyone is looking for an inexpensive stay in Ulm and doesn't mind stopping a little outside the centre, this place ought to suit. Out of choice, I didn't use the breakfast facility or the bar. It was a simple stop for me and I have no complaints whatsoever. For the price, the standard was excellent.

On our way to Italy we spend a night in Ulm. We had not discussed anything, but knew that the price on the internet was around €50. Once there, there was no reception, so we were forced to check in using an automatic machine. However, the price here came to €84. So again via bookings.com. The hotel itself is basic but nice and clean. The beds are a bit on the hard side, but are comfortable. You can slide them together or apart using a rail. The rooms are very quiet, even from outside there is little noise. There is a TV in the room. The room has a nice shower. You can park for free next to the hotel.

This little hotel was exaxt the thing we wanted! On the ground floor there is located a nice coffee shop/Restaurant, there you get the key for your room. Everything was clean and tidy, the location perfect, very central in the middle of the pedestrian zone. For breakfast you only go down the stairs and you have your coffee shop. Very friendly staff! Bicycles were allowed to spend the night in the corridor.
