My partner and I visited for a night while in Estonia. Hotel paring next door to hotel 15€ per day. Staff friendly, restaurant wasn’t open only for breakfast. Small fridge in reception with beer, juices. No other bar area. Rooms spacious and comfy bed, air con wasn’t available, maybe not working. Bathroom facilities good. Very clean. Mini bar in room but nothing to make a hot drink. Location was great, 7 min walk to restaurants and pubs. Great building, very nice decor throughout.

The location is excellent and the staff downstairs is helpful, but they do not actually work for Lighthouse apartments, only hand out keys, so they cannot do much if there is something wrong. The description of the flats is not correct - the description states there will be bathrobes. Nope. The description states there will be a coffee machine. No, there is none. The description states there is a big TV with cable, and yes, there is indeed a big TV, but apparently the batteries for one of the remote controls need changing, so it does not work. The staff downstairs can apparently only email the owners and ask them to buy more batteries. So, during our stay, no functional TV either. The flats are very clean but very basic and VERY small. The description states they sleep max four people, and maybe four very small individuals can find enough room, but I was struggling with just myself and my teenage son. The sofabed that doubles as the extra bed is super uncomfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing though, but as our room, one with views towards the old town, also faces a rather busy street, one may want to pack earplugs as well.

The transportation is extremely convenient, and it is a 10-minute walk from the Old Town of Tallinn. 5 minutes away from the shopping center is super good, clean, soundproofed, breakfast is especially good, and eats both east and west.

Very basic hotel. The floor we stayed on smelt like dogs (a lot of dogs). Needs some updating. It was hot when we stayed and had to keep windows shut at night as road noise is terrible (no aircon). Checking in took ages. Breakfast like most Estonian hotels was chaos but a good choice. It was expensive for what it is, i have stayed in better and cheaper in old town.

This hotel opened last autumn after a complete renovation. Now it is a stylish city hotel, centrally located next to Viru Center. There came an affordable package offer where two nights in the best Sauna Suite and the ferry tickets were together 384 euros. If bought separately, the ferry tickets would have been 4 x 25 euros and the Sauna Suite 2 x 246 euros (Club One offer) or 2 x 294 euros (normal flexible rate including breakfast). Now we paid only 142 euros per night for the suite. We have stayed in October 2016 in the same suite. Only the bathroom furniture including the bathtub was the same. Everything else had been replaced. The decor was stylish. The living room felt much bigger now. There were two small things but they felt quite irritating. I had to connect to the room wifi at least ten times with my Windows laptop. My partner with an iPad had to do that only once. Also, the Finnish TV channel YLE1 lost its signal every 10 minutes for a couple of minutes and then came back. The breakfast was good. The food selection was quite wide. The juices were far too sugary. The staff was very friendly, especially in the reception and in the lobby bar. One thing that was quite special and probably not to everyone's taste was the staircase that acted as a gym.

Out of service, I feel the service that the five-star hotel should have. The room said that it was upgraded for us, but in the room directly above the front door of the hotel, facing the opposite school, I feel that it is better to face the garden. Hotel breakfast is awesome, it is a single point plus self-service form, persuading the appetite is small and less, otherwise it can't be eaten, the self-service bread cake is super delicious, because I can't finish the time and pack it away. The hotel also has a private sauna, you can experience it and make an appointment in advance at the front desk. It took about 5 to 6 Euros to take a taxi from the terminal, and it will arrive in 10 minutes. The hotel is out of the old city center, and it is enough to stay in the old town for one night.

The Suite had a stunning view, the snack delivered to the room was delicious, the mini bar had a good selection of drinks, while the wines tasted very cheap. The only thing I need to criticise and why I cannot give 10 points is the Lounge experience. First the check-in counter did not give me an invitation to the lounge while I have a qualifying status and only after checking eligibility online I asked for permission to access. During the period of the stay in the lounge there has been no staff, so whenever a snack or drink ran out there was no-one to re-fill and also no-one to clean up. On the other hand breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly and helpful. Also I liked the long time to enjoy breakfast, as I am not a morning person. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and we are looking forward to be coming back some time in the future.

Hotel's location is excellent and small spa is a nice extra. We have stayed here many times before but not in this kind of new and fancy room. Breakfast was really good but some really young servants were maybe a little too eager to pick up the dishes and it was too funny to follow the customers holding up their plates while eating to not to loose them. Must be some compatition or bonuses coming :)

Maria is extremely helpful and polite when I checked in late after 5pm. Do note that there’s no kettle in the room but a shared kitchen at level 2, sadly when I wanted to use it, the kettle might have been taken by other guests. Will be great if each room can have a kettle or if there is a main water dispenser. The toilet seat is not securely fastened so be careful. The water in the bathroom can easy splash out as it’s a curtain shower for the standing shower. Room slippers, fragrant shower, shampoo, hair conditioner and shower caps are provided.

李李The decoration of the room is typical Scandinavian style. There is a clothesline in the bathroom (look carefully at the white line in the first picture). The room is well ventilated. The thick socks and autumn clothes and trousers washed at night will dry after waking up I regret that I brought too much clothes. Western breakfast: bread, cheese (and blue cheese) bacon, cured fish skin, sandwiches, fruits, coffee, vegetables, juice. The surrounding shopping and special food are very convenient. The disadvantage is that there is no scenery outside the room window.

This time, they seemed a bit confused, more limited in language skills, and not that experienced. Besides, we parked in the parking place that the hotel earlier used, assuming it's the same, and were surprised by a parking fine the next morning. It was only then that we learned that the hotel has changed their parking space to another location. But all in all, it was a positive experience again. The room was nice. The breakfast was good. The location is optimal.

NnidriksVilla Kadriorg is a budget friendly hostel/hotel that is on a direct bus route to the old town. If not for major upgrade works to the tram network then I believe it would also be on the tram line.
I found my room comfy enough, if a little warm. It was a very warm few days in Tallinn though. Sadly, my room was right above a bar playing music until past 10pm. If you needed an early night to catch transport then that might be a problem.
There's free WiFi and a small shared kitchen. The shared showers were a little grubby, but I suspect that is to be expected. There was also a bit of noise from some of the younger guests after 10.
Sounds like I had a miserable stay but that is not so. Just be aware that the price will attract youngsters.
I'd say that Villa Kadriorg is good value for money and a fine place to rest a weary head after a long day walking around beautiful Tallinn.

老老少皆宜程Tallinn is the capital of Eastern Europe, Estonia, is a beautiful city, especially the old city, it feels good to visit inside. I also met friends who came to Tallinn by cruise ship when I visited the old church here.

St Mary's Cathedral
老老少皆宜程The main cathedral of the Virgin of Tallinn in Estonia is a major attraction here. We came here for the first stop after we arrived in Tallinn. At that time, there were a lot of tourists and they needed to queue up to enter, most of them were Chinese tour groups.

Kadriorg Park
翱翱翔的大鲨鱼From 1718 to 1725, Peter I of Russia built a temporary summer residence here. Baroque style, with open gardens. We like this park, the whole plant has different kinds of trees, some varieties have gorgeous color, as if in the forest, the air is fresh, super negative ions, the environment is quiet, very livable space. It doesn't matter if you have the opportunity to come to Tallinn, it doesn't matter if you don't go to the palace, you have to come to this park for a walk, especially friends who love in late autumn.
Tallinn Town Hall
真真的在一起的时候The interior of Tallinn City Hall is as simple as its exterior. Two of the halls are worth seeing. The Civic Hall was the place where medieval banquets and city laws were held, and is still used for receptions and concerts today. The walls of the hall were painted and very bright. There were not many decorations in the hall, most notably the knitted tapestries hanging on the walls that depicted the life of King Solomon. A closer look at these tapestries reveals that the characters are dressed in a noble, elegant way, and the whole picture is very harmonious and charming, much like the international gothic style popular in the late Middle Ages. The hall is where the city council gathers to discuss local laws and regulations, and there are many of the oldest decorations in the area. However, the doors of the hall are made by the Tallinn grand piano factory, black, painted and resembled a piano cover. The hall also contains a 15th-century wooden bench covered with a velvet tweed, and the bench is decorated with exquisite hollow carvings, which are the oldest wood carving artwork in Estonia. Overall, the interior of Tallinn City Hall is far less cool and charming than that of other major European city halls, but as the only remaining Gothic City Hall in several Nordic countries, it is a window into the medieval art of Tallinn.
Alexander Nevsky Cathedral
DD了个YOne of the most classic buildings in Estonia is that Estonia is not big, Tallinn is smaller, and the whole Tallinn feels good, but to say what landmarks and the like, this church has to have a name built in the late nineteenth century, when Tallinn was under the rule of the Russian Empire. It's typical Russian style and the largest and tallest Orthodox church in Tallinn.
