We really enjoyed our time at Romance Hotel. We only regretted that we could not extend our stay for one more night because they were fully booked. Staff was amazing. Room was very good and restaurants were excellent in terms of food, price and service. The hotel has a nice taste of decoration and furniture everywhere. The rooftop was great for breakfast. We would definitely come back! Thanks to everyone at Romance Hotel.

It was my engagement at Aifu resort. The view was perfect and peaceful 😍 The place was very clean and safe . The hotel is a royal guest house with Amazing design and furniture unique location very beautiful and quite royal park close to Al Nuzha royal palace great staff friendly and helpful perfect furniture and room size Good breakfast fabulous swimming pool you will treated as king and queen during your visit. 🔴 the hotel have a K9 security dog he is very hungry they just feed him old toasted bread and the dog have one meter length lech only he can not walk or move I wish from the manager and all the staff to take care of this dog and treat him in better way pls pls This dog need to eat walk and run every day and you have a big garden which you can release him inside and you have a restaurant which can prepare a better soft healthy food for the dog 🐕🔴 The hotel is Adult friendly children not allowed to stay. Thank you so much for everything thing

Mr Ezz and Ms Jumana were extremely helpful… very friendly staff and professional and don’t loose their cool, they very understanding and tried to help us a lot when we didn’t have all our documents and they still let us check in on time until we gather our stuff … I can’t be appreciative enough… the staff is nice and hotel clean and new , pool is huge , nice breakfast area and restaurant open to everyone too… but overall it’s a small cozy hotel feeling friendly environment…

GGuest UserGreat hotel, that serves a light dinner and breakfast included. People are so nice. Youra gave us a tour of the luxury suites and the whole hotel, and everyone including the policeman on the front door were great. I will probably come back and recommend this hotel for whoever is visiting Alexandria.

JJuneLike it's name, it's truly a paradise in Alexandria away from all the traffic and busy street! The ocean front beach breakfast buffet was so so wonderful, loved it very much. The swimming pool is also beautiful and practical and it was cleaned daily. The front desk stuff was professional, friendly, and helpful, as well as all the other stuff working there. Had a wonderful time there and definitely recommend it!

DDeborahWe stayed in room 328. Very dated. Room not ready on arrival. Had to ask for extras water menus etc. Shower wet room floor flooded everyday drains need cleaning.
Cleaner woke us at 0920 daily just out of hospital not appreciated. Instead of cleaning room to fill end constantly coming back knocking with water or towels or tissues not as relaxing as I had hoped.
Carpets not hoovered once while there for five nights. Extremely disappointed for a Hilton.

GGuest User The whole of our stay was of a very good standard. The hotel is in the heart of the old town and at a perfect distance from places to visit. The staff is charming entirely at your service and even makes as much effort as they can in your native language to satisfy you. The notoriety of the establishment is not usurped, and we enjoyed a moment of comfort and service up to our expectations.... But.... Two things urgently deserve to be improved: the menu of the restaurant is not worthy of a 4 star: food too greasy, too ordinnaire ... And the lack of soundproofing of the sea view windows is bad for a perfect night.
I would allow myself a secondary remark, from a decorative point of view, the atmosphere of the place sometimes lacks coherence ... But this hotel is a pleasure for good holidays in this beautiful city.

GGuest UserStaff of 10. Comments said that the hotel was dirty, so beforehand we asked to see rooms and they were all very clean. They helped us with local rest and transportation. I would come back. Although it was cold in the room (February was to be expected) we asked for more blankets and they gave them to us. It needs a hand of paint to improve appearance.
