¡ Fantastic stay!
The hotel is a great truth, super large and clean rooms with a huge bathroom (in my case was double room) equipped with towels, dryer and liquid gel/shampoo for the shower.
The bed was very comfortable, both the bed and the couchs, and in the night there was absolute silence (even a Saturday night).

Great two night stay at this hotel high in the hills above Eibar. The friendly owner, Roberto, and his team couldn’t have been more helpful. Good food in the restaurant. Lovely walks in the surrounding hills and amazing ever-changing views over the cloud filled valley and distant mountains.

While walking the Camino Del norte we stayed in this beautiful hotel just outside markina On its own grounds an old barn and mill in the 13th century. A bit of luxury for a pilgrim. we had a lovely room with a balcony whre we crashed out for an hour in the sunshine following our walk.. All staff were very pleasant but our receptionist Anysley was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Lovely food and drink restaurant exceptional. A bit pricey but well worth it.

Found this hotel after a search on Wotif. It did not disappoint. Everything perfect. Staff, especially Reception, friendly, welcoming and keen to help in anyway. Room large and very comfortable. Dinner in the hotel was superb. Food wonderful (try the Fois Gras (Mi-Cuit) - perfect) and service 100% by 3 lovely ladies. Great location just a short 5 minute walk into the old town. Parking available which was a plus for us. Great value for money. Can highly recommend.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and pleasant. The Mondragón hotel is a right place to spend a few days. The reception is pleasant, has a waiting area with comfortable sofas and free coffee machine. It is perceived clean, and is not too hot. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable, and it is very good to stay in the hotel. We stayed on the top floor for a 3 night stay with our 3 year old son. Large Super King size bed with a fold-out next to it for our son, plenty of room for luggage. Room was modern and clean, beds were comfy, A/C effective, and bathroom spacious and contemporary (shower only, no bath). Our flight was delayed such that our arrival was past the last check-in time, and the staff were very accommodating, providing us a PIN code and room number via Whatsapp for night-time access. There is a nice lobby meeting area on the ground floor of the hotel for guests, and the restaurant is also on the ground floor accessed via exiting the building. Breakfast was not included but a worthwhile extra and reasonably priced. Dinner at the restaurant was great, especially the sirloin steak and croquetas - albeit non-Spanish speakers should note the servers did no speak English, and the service was good but at a typically Spanish pace. All-in-all a very nice stay and would happily recommend and stay again.
