loved this hotel for our recent dad and daughter break. just the right size so as not too busy or noisy yet has everything you need. lovely heated saltwater pool even in august was welcome. great food and drink options and all staff are very friendly and welcoming. rooms could be bigger on the junior suites as not much room to get around when using the sofa bed too as we did but plenty of storage, comfy beds, great A/C and a good powerful shower. the hotel is based quite central yet you couldn't hear a pin drop at night in the area we were staying with a pool view, nice patio area and everyone staying at the hotel we met was friendly and good fun, no sweary big groups of loud English or Irish like some nearby hotels, peaceful and everyone respectful on an evening. would book again for sure, really enjoyed our stay and one of the best hotels we have stayed at over the years visiting Corralejo... definitely worth a few £££ more vs. 3 star options. It saddens me to see so many negative reviews. I travelled in a party of ten (three generations) and we all unanimously enjoyed our stay. In terms of pros the rooms were spotlessly clean as was the entire complex. The pool cleaners worked tirelessly to remove cups left by guests. The rooms were modern and clean There were two pools one was busy with music blaring and entertainment for the kids but lovely atmosphere. Our English children were very much included in games of water basket, water polo and football they also enjoyed the water carpet. The poolside bar was well equipped and the children enjoyed burgers and hot dogs and nachos from the restaurant for an afternoon snack as well as sandwiches and ice creams. The restaurant was busy and sometimes there was a wait for glasses or plates but the staff couldn’t work any harder. In terms of the food it was enjoyed by all and everyone commented on the quality and variety. There really was something for everyone from the fussiest of eaters to the adults who love great quality food. On Friday night there was a bbq night enjoyed by all. In terms of location the hotel is in a quiet location but well placed for a walk into town and the local beaches and harbour. Also a ten minute taxi ride to the sand dune beach which has the clearest of waters and best of waves to play in, the water park is a five minute walk and an amazing day out for all the family. The only slight issue is accessing the sun beds if you leave it until after 8am chances are they will all be gone and some sun loungers are old and less comfortable also some umbrellas are broken. However the quiet relax pool really is a lovely quiet space. We didn’t access the evening entertainment but there was a mini kids disco every night at half eight and some themed nights like eighties dingers etc they seemed to be well received, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel we had an amazing holiday so please do not be put off by negative reviews it is what you make it and if you’re looking for a clean modern room and lovely food and a great location look no further.

Sceptical from reading others reviews but honestly a really good hotel, pool was small but never had a problem getting a sunbed at different times of the days, life guard on duty at all times, cheap vending machine was a life saver when we arrived really late at night, location is close to a supermarket, beautiful views from the rooftop terrace. The terrace can provide food and drinks Wednesday to Sunday all day , the music was amazing on the terrace and if you’re into parties, make sure you go on Saturday nights because wow. Locals in the area are lovely. The hotel is located 5-10 minute walk from the music square and other places to eat and drink. We had a small room so we made our space work, only downfall was the size of the shower, just enough room to stand let alone lather some soap on your legs wouldn’t say the decor was dated but could maybe do with some tweaking from maintenance (shower handle was a bit delicate & missing a door frame in bed room) but honestly would recommend staying here, it’s clean, staff are friendly. We couldn’t comment on the breakfast as we didn’t have any here. Drinks are reasonably priced at the roof top aswell if anyone is wondering. For the price we paid we couldn’t complain, thank you to all the staff❤️
