The hotel is very well located, the room and bed is very comfortable, the only thing is that you hear everything from the other rooms, but the service is very good, the boys are very nice, would return.

Poor service throughout! Most disappointing. We requested a double bed, the room had 2 singles. We asked for them to be put together, impossible! We asked for tea/ coffee facilities in the room , impossible. We asked to have our light lunch on the patio, impossible. The swimming pool area has zero service, no tea, coffee, drinks etc. The pool area is poorly maintained. You have to ask for a code at reception to use the ground floor toilet. These people have zero concept of ”service”

There is an underground parking lot, with a steep slope. The hotel room is not small, and the location is very good. There is a cafe across the road, where you can have breakfast. You can walk to the cathedral and the hotel within 10 minutes.
The room was very small and the size of the beds was little more, very small. The air conditioning right above the bed with what if you turn it on is full and you can't be and if you turn it off makes horrible heat and you can't be! :( It has no sad cold in which you can put water to refresh
Convenient location, great rooms, easy and free on site parking but : 9:45 and no more bread. See pictures of the fantastic selection. Breakfast finishes at 11. No manager on site. Nobody replacing him/her, so : nobody to complain to (except Tripadvisor). Lady at reception said they would bring bread down to the breakfast room but of course they never did (she just wanted me to get out of her face, I guess). Swimming pool closed. Tea but no coffee in the room. I was told If you want coffee you have to order it by calling room service. When you call room service, nobody picks up because there is only one person in charge at that time of the morning and that person is busy doing other things. Breakfast buffet has instant coffee sachets so why not put two in the room ? I asked them in the evening to put an Icepack in the freezer for me because I needed it to take care of a muscle injury in the morning. They gave it back to me at room temperature. NOT 4 star service. Who is in charge here ? Round up your staff and speak to them !
Wow! Walking into this hotel was like going into something from Hollywood in the 30s or 40s – sheer glamour! The entrance and public areas were just amazing, so beautiful, the domed ceiling made of stained glass was impressive, and the glass elevator a delight! The rooms were all of corridors on each floor that ran round the atrium, beautiful “window boxes” of greenery decorating them all, and you looked down on to a most attractive marble-patterned floor or up to the magnificent glass dome. We had a superior room, well worth the extra money. It was spacious, and, well, I think that magnificent is the word here too! Or perhaps splendid. A seating area with a sofa and an armchair, separated by a swathe of curtains from the sleeping area with a large comfortable bed, then a bay window area with another armchair, with a view across rooftops and a lot of greenery to hills planted with olive trees. Delightful! The bathroom was modern, with a spa bath. This was perhaps the only thing less than perfect, as there was no shower stall, you had to use the bath-tub, which was not good for standing without slipping. We solved this by putting a handtowel into the tub to stand on. Overall an excellent stay in a magnificent hotel.

At the arrival I was somewhat unsure whether I had landed in the right hotel. The name Twist was quite hidden and did not repeat. I expected a ”host”, but an installation with garden, restaurant and large parking. Also the room was very large with two large single beds. However, the lighting was saving. In the evening there was the menu for 11 euros with ”pan, vino y postre” . Quality was average. For breakfast I had a sugary croissant. Of course there were also cheap tostades, but no buffet. The staff was friendly and effortless. Prices can vary greatly. My €35.50 were good. €100 appears to me much for a hotel that made a slightly unpleasant impression. Construction year 1995 probably. Via Verde del Aceite (bikeway) doesn't pass far away.
