La habitación cuádruple es amplia y el baño es moderno, aunque con bañera que resbalaba y el techo estaba descorchado. Ventana con vistas a patio pero para una noche no nos ha importado. Tenía minibar que para meter unas aguas viene bien. Mención aparte la cena. Pensábamos que era buffet, pero no. Servicio malo, no sabían lo que nos entraba con la media pensión. Era primera hora y faltaban platos del menú. La bebida como en algunos sitios no está incluida. El camarero que nos cobró no fue muy simpatico y la chica que nos sirvió estaba un poco perdida, quizas era su primer día. Menos mal que a la mañana siguiente en el desayuno nos recibió un señor muy amable, además los camareros eran muy eficientes y simpaticos, así que nos llevamos mejor sabor de boca. El buffet del desayuno muy completo. Desde el hotel a Valencia capital se tardan unos quince minutos.

I have read a lot of bad reviews, but this is our experience: -Hotel staff: 100/100 great attention! Very pleasant, they resolve anything (we were without a loader and we were charged the phone). The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. -Cleaning: everything was in perfect condition and cleaning was unpolluted. The beds were quite comfortable. Soft coats and cotton fit. Haves pool and padel track. Unquestionably an experience we will repeat

We went there for a family break after Christmas - no teenagers though. Rooms themselves were very comfortable. Plenty of space, air conditioning with no restrictions and super easy to use, sound proof as we did not hear anything next door and we knew there was a newborn baby, great bathroom facilities as very comfortable and hot bathtub, hair drier included - not very strong, but better than nothing-. Hotel was clean and seemed recently refurbished. We opted in for breakfast and dinner there, it was buffet/eat all you can, and although it was a great variety for a tourist and we ate loads, food taste was standard, not tasteless but not a deli either. Good to get energy for long walks around the side side or days in Valencia City Centre, as it is only 10 minutes away if you use the Underground/Metro. We also visited the Swimming pool and it was pretty good for a local hotel. 12.5 metres distance, pretty quite, very clean changing rooms, no concerns whatsoever. Staff was very professional and nice. Quite gentle and informative.

Hotel very well located, very close to the beach on foot….clean hotel, very abundant and rich breakfast….we had a problem with the bed base and they solved it super quickly.We recommend it without a doubt….What we did not like at all was the food from the attached restaurant

It is a 1* hotel, but it is worth staying **** in it, rooms each decorated with a different civilization, very good cleanliness, reception and location, it is about half an hour walk from the Nord Station and the center of the city. Good quality/price. The bathroom has a hairdryer, but no refrigerator. Very large and comfortable beds
