The worst experience, that I have ever made in terms of reliability, customer support and seriousness. In the rental contract with micampus it is stated that the deposit fee, which you need to pay has to be paid back inbetween 90 days after the termination of the contract. Me and many other students have moved out in January or February already and are fighting for our money since then. We have been trying to call, email and message micampus on different ways and either they will not respond at all or they will tell you that they are working on the issue for weeks without doing anything. I first contacted micampus because of this in the first week of June and since then they are keeping me and other students on the long lesh. We are currently more than 20 students that are fighting for a way to see our money again and this should be a BIG warning sign for everybody that is thinking about moving to micampus Barcelona in the future. Despite this, the area around micampus is unsafe during the night and the maintenance inside the building is horrible. It took them 8 weeks to change my faulty fridge, at times the electricity doesn't work and many other issues have occured during my 6 months stay.

The hotel is gorgeous. Beautiful roof terrace, pool and the view is amazing. The bar was great with comfy seats to take in the spectacular view. I almost don't want to tell anyone about this place. The rooms were high spec and we had our own TV. The service was great too

We chose this hotel based on price and local transport accessibility. The hotel is located in 2 adjacent building. The main (older) building is ok but the one in the back of the cafeteria has newer accomodation and a/c and heating provided by individual units which is excellent compared to the older building that has a central system that changes from summer to winter. With climate change and 30°C in november, we are able to use a/c in the new part of the hotel. The hotel has a terrasse with table and chairs just between the cafeteria and the newer building. The room are standard size with one double or 2 single beds. The bathroom is small but well set. Spain being a very noisy country, I was surprised to hear very little noise from the inside and outside of the hotel. Well insulated windows. Some rooms have 4 beds. Metro Artigues (line 2) is 7 minutes away and a bus can take you about 150 mtrs from the subway just by taking an M26 or a B14 bus across the street from the hotel. There is hotel cafeteria but just behind there are a very good choice of restaurants on Avinguda de Catalunya. We are still here until Nov 4th when we will board a ship. The employees are all nice but being understood in English can be a challenge if you dont speak Spanish. A special thank you to Alan at reception who is always there to help. Nevertheless they do their best to accomodate your requests. Also, 2 laundromats at less than 5 minutes walking from the hotel. All in all it is an excellent value with a lot of services in the hotel or nearby. We will certainly be back.

The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The first day we entered the TV was not working well, and the air conditioning in this case the heat pump as it was dic almost didn't get air, the second night we passed cold, I sent them a sms that if they could leave a coat and better. We stayed for 4 nights to attend the Spanish Grand Prix and could not have been more impressed. The hotel was super clean and modern, the check in process was fast and all hotel staff were friendly and polite. Our room was very spacious, and the fridge was really handy as we were taking packed lunches to the F1 each day. There was also a microwave & kettle. The bathroom/shower was spacious and clean, and the bed was really comfortable. It was a little noisy (from outside the hotel) but it was 24th June celebrations so I think any hotel would have had some noise given all the crackers/fireworks going off! The room was cleaned to a high standard each day, and the location of the hotel (right in front of the Forum T4 tram stop) made it really easy to get to the bus station to catch the bus to the circuit de Catalunya, as well as to get into the city on the other days. It is also a couple minutes walk from Diagonal Mar mall, which was useful for grabbing food. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We stayed in this hotel for one night prior to returning home. It was the third hotel that we stayed in during our trip to Spain. The hotel itself was very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. The area was great with lots of restaurants and coffee shops. My only suggestions for improvements would be to have more than one english television channel. It was our last night and we were tired out so we would have liked to watch something besides BBC news. There was also quite a wait for an elevator.

Excellent on paper, excellent at arrival Qd I read some com, I don't understand Personal of reception, room, resto etc ... all very careful. Nickel room (liter, service etc ...) as on site , very nice top roof, SPA on affordable booking Small negative points: private parking is up (18e/j) and a little low soundproof (room doors are very heavy! ) All within 10 minutes walk from the entrance of the metro or train station. Acces to the centre of Barcelona. In a full-created neighborhood with a beautiful walk on the Marina

Double book, Ctrip reality can not be refunded. The front desk of the hotel said that it is possible to refund, but they can't refund, they need the platform to refund, let me contact the platform. I contacted Ctrip, told the hotel's suggestion, and refunded the room fee for 4 nights. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, and I also stayed here for summer vacation last year. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is rich and the service is good. The swimming pool is on the 13th floor with a nice view.

Nice location, very clean. Nice and helpful staff. Would have appreciated to know the number of reception in the room (without having to exit and physically ask). Another would be to have an information book/pamphlet to indicate all that is possible in the hotel. THESE ARE JUST IDEAS. I loved the cleanliness and the friendly staff and ofcourse the location!
