The hotel is not very far from the airport, the traffic is convenient next to it, there is a train station nearby, free underground and above-ground parking, the staff is very warm and the service is thoughtful.

We stayed 3 nights in this very clean hotel and the charming staff and listening. The bed is of quality and it is very soundproofed. The children were happy with their room. 1 parental bed and 2 overlap beds. 1 bed with a real mattress, great for baby! Restaurant and nearby facilities. We recommend.

Ok for a night, before the flight. It's located near big shopping center, which is a plus. Lobby is the only part of hotel, that was renovated in IBIS style. Rooms are old and in very bad condition. There is also a strange odour in a room, like someone would smoke in it. I don't know what are the standards to be an Ibis hotel, but this one sure doesn't deserve that name. There was also a problem with payment, when we arrived - they couldn't transfer the money from Expedia, to which we paid the room. it took over an hour, to solve that. Would not go again.

This is a great hotel. Forget what you may think of a Holiday Inn -- this is much nicer than the Holiday Inn product in the USA. The rooms are spacious, the shower is amazing, and the hotel is very comfortable overall. It is about 5 minutes from CDG airport but it does not ”feel” like an airport hotel. The restaurant buffet breakfast is also excellent. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend others to do the same.

We did not order breakfast, can be extra bed, suitable for children, parking location, close to the airport, regular car delivery, sanitary conditions, service attitude, surrounding environment, etc.

The real room is better than the one in the photo, because I stayed there for one night and got on the plane, so it’s still pretty good.
We just checked in at night, so we had dinner there. They said they had a welcome drink. When we asked about the drink, the waiter there didn't speak English, but he pretended to understand what we said in English, which caused a misunderstanding. When placing the order, I was asked twice if this was the Welcome drink? She quickly smiled and said Yes, Ok, no problem, and in the end we had to pay for the drinks we ordered. When we finally called the manager to resolve the misunderstanding, they initially said it was our problem, and that Common Sense would not provide drinks on the menu, and that we all have trained staff. Really OMG, the service really has a lot of room for improvement.
Although I know that when you go to a different country, you really need to learn their local language, but I think that in a hotel next to the airport, which is also an international city, the employees must have basic English speaking skills and be able to receive international tourists.
The hotel room is clean and tidy, as long as you don't go to the restaurant, communication can't be done, and it feels uncomfortable to have to pay in the end.
