Chambre propre. Bonne literie. Salle de bain fonctionnelle. Manque petite serviette de toilette pour lavage des mains. Petit déjeuner de qualité pour un prix très correct en terrasse (lorsque le temps le permet) dans le parc du lac de la Magdeleine ou dans la salle entièrement vitrée au décor actuel. A proximité immédiate des équipements sportifs, 2 restaurants, le lac, zone commerciale à 5 minutes en voiture. Location de vélo à l’hôtel. Parking fermé et vidéo surveillance. Très bonne ambiance à l’hôtel, et bons échanges avec les gérants qui sont à l'écoute des demandes et trouvent des solutions. Je recommande cet hôtel pour son accueil personnalisé, son cadre, son emplacement : calme malgré la proximité des infrastructures routières, et la qualité des services.(discrétion du personnel)

Quel dommage que… Il n’y ai pas la possibilité de fermer les portes fenêtre correctement… Nous avions du vent et de la pluie… Il y avait pas de chauffage… Nous sommes le 21 octobre… Tempête et bourrasques de pluie durant deux jours… Je suis un peu déçu… J’étais venu il y a quelques années dans cette même suite… Celle-ci était bien plus jolie. Mais le personnel est d’une gentillesse extrême.
J j’étais venu dans l’espoir de retrouver le spa mais malheureusement celui-ci est fermé… Je reviendrai sûrement et espère que ce désagrément… Sera réparé. Dans l’ensemble c’est Hotel est à recommander…

The hotel is very well located, the apartment was really good. The concept is interesting and especially very practical, we could make ourselves eat and there was even a washing vase! The hotel was very comfortable and we had a great night.

Lovely reception staff. Good location with great supermarket next door and few restaurants very close. New-ish hotel but only one lift? Rooms really well appointed but shower very badly designed and whole floor gets very wet. No spare pillows in room, which were provided on request. Breakfast was a bit poor - at 9am a lot had run out and there’s little choice to start with, and re-stocking was non existent. Only one coffee machine working. One lady working who needs some hygiene training as using the same dry cloth to wipe tables, seats and her hands is unacceptable. But we would stay again.
