Three night stay in May 2023 to tour the area by car. My room 24 while nice was incredibly small with possibly the narrowest entry door to a hotel room I have seen and a bedroom that was just too small for what they had in it which wasn’t a lot. While the room was clean and all the fixtures and fittings were nice it just felt too tight with a small space on one side of the bed and the end of the bed. There was an oversized lounge chair which looked like it may have converted to a single bed which would have made the space even tighter and while there was no desk there was a small round table that you could move to the chair to use a makeshift desk but it was incredibly heavy and awkward to move. There was no real closet or storage just some shelves and an open hanging area and a large wall mounted LCD TV. I had two suitcases and was constantly having to move these to get around. The bathroom like the rest of the space felt incredibly tight but was modern and clean but the lack of a door on the shower meant that the bathroom floor got very wet. The hotel had free parking and while I was there the hotel seemed to be being used by some of the participants in the Tour de Bretagne I think it was called and was filled with some beautiful classic cars. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Quimper near an industrial area and a car would be necessary as there wasn’t a lot within the immediate area within walking distance from what I saw. The hotel was fine but the rooms are just way too small for two people.

This is a wonderful place with an excellent breakfast room, serving a delicious variety of morning fare. Modern touches in the ancient city of Quimper. We loved the views from our room window, and as I am an oil painter here in New Mexico, I've painted the view with satisfaction. The staff was pleasant and attentive. And as I walk with a cane, I was happy to find a handicapped-designated parking place directly across from the hotel entrance. When we return to Brittany, Quimper, and this hotel, will be on our travel list.

It is located in front of QUIMPER station (there is also a bus terminal), less than 10 minutes walk to the city center, this is the sightseeing center.
The room is not particularly big, but the bathroom and toilet are clean, and the front desk is also polite.
The breakfast has many variations and is delicious. Local specialties such as Quinny Aman, Fabreton and salted caramel jam are also ideal choices for travelers.
Hotel is around 20 minutes far from gare du Quimper by walk.
Everything was clean, but only ceiling is not clean. But I am okay with that.
I arrived the hotel late, but there was information in front of the main entrance with wrong number in English. I was nervous that I can't enter the building, because there isn't way to call the hotel.
But after then, I found correct number in French, and person in charge informed me how can I enter the main entrance. He was kind. (I told it to reception, so she might change it) But I couldn't face the person in charge at around 22:00, and there is only way by call. Anyway, I could easily take a key (It was in the mail box with password) and enter the room.
For the next day, the person in charge at reception was kind. She kept my luggage kindly for my trip.
One of the hotels booked through Brittany Ferries on their Breathtaking Brittany tour. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent buffet breakfast, The Bulldog still patrols the corridors and the Hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral and the restaurant area of old town Quimper. However the service we received from the hotel after my wife had an accident on her motorcycle when leaving was exceptional. A room was found for us on two consecutive nights. We had to shift around due to rooms being booked but that was the least of our worries. The owner agreed to allow us to store the damaged bike in the hotel garage until we sorted out the insurance and arranged collection on our return to the uk. Therefore I have no reservations about recommending this hotel.
We were on a Leger Luxuria coach holiday and our stay included a dinner in the evening. Room was OK and we could even get BBC London on the satellte tv! Breakfast was fairly standard french fare with bread/ham/cheeses - some sausages & scrambled egg for the English who cannot eat any form of foreign food! The madeleines were good! We had a fixed meal at 7pm. No indication of a menu. No choice just 3 courses served - take it or leave it! 1st night a mini quiche & salad starter followed by a (I think) chicken brochette with my meat dry and overcooked then a reasonable chocolate fondante. 2nd night Jambon Cru (hard to ruin) plus a very cold undercooked poached egg and a salad drowned in a very strong balsamic dressing (not good for my wife who can't eat eggs + avoids red meat) Main was (again I suppose) a pork dish with carrots and dry boiled rice and an unidentifiable sauce. One of my pieces of pork was a slice which was tough, dry and overcooked the other a mishaped lump which I couldn't even cut! These were the 2 worst meals I have ever been offered in my many years of visiting France - I mistakenly thought that meat was never overcooked in France. My advice is take B&B only and do NOT eat an evening meal!

Very Good
Surprisingly good! The rooms where very clean and recently refurbished. The shower was great, warm and a good pressure. The food in the restaurant was lovely! Would really recommend eating at the hotel as there doesn’t seem to be much around. The staff were all so welcoming and kind! Our French wasn’t great but luckily we all managed!! The only thing I would say to improve would be for tea and coffee to be supplied in the room, there was a kettle but no tea and coffee.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the quimper city, there is a Carrefour next to it, it is very convenient to buy food and drink, the taxi here is a bit unreliable, if you get up early to leave the store, you have to be careful that they will come late.
