Difficult to determine. We had four rooms in total with colleagues and not one room had a neutral smell... Wifi, we had to ask the guy at the lobby to set up a code as we haven't been doing for at least 5/6 years (the famous code/word of goes with all the digits...), the guy was friendly and came to the room while recognizing that he himself found it to be an outdated thing to say the least. Poor soundproofing of rooms. Don't be afraid of hearing the neighbor, fortunately the girls who seemed to work in the street, don't seem to use this establishment... No possibility of putting equipment in a room reserved for the lobby (we had musical instruments, obligatory to put everything in fairly small rooms...). Finally the really poor breakfast. Ultra basic. With the famous fruit salad which comes from a can (the 5 kilo model?), the rest to match. In the end, so happy to leave early in the morning...! Afterwards, of course, relatively cheap (around €65/75 roughly) and really convenient proximity to the station. But at this price, personally I would have preferred to stay in a basic Ibis, where with rare exceptions I don't have to worry about the smell and the disgusting carpet.

My experience turned out to be way better than what I expected from the reviews. The superior rooms under the roof are very comfortable, the bed of excellent quality. Everything was very clean and new and the amenities of good quality. The place feels very private, on top of a hill with private parking and easily accessible from the highway. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have seen in the country (excellent coffee quality, fresh orange juice, pastries and cold cuts/cheese) etc.. The setting is classy and the place must be spectacular in summer. Excellent value of money (at least in this season).

Though my late arrival failed, the accommodation was very practical in an excellent location with all in reach in the neighborhood. I was on a business trip and had also time to spend in my hotel room, wich I found quite pleasant.
