Our room was normal. The window looks like never clean outside so if you open it to breathe the pure air you can see it. I suggest, Manager hotel 's would must pay attention to it. The bathroom was poor in services to be a three star hotel. A tower per client, a small savon for hand and dispenser savon inside the shower. Most unconventional was doesn't find a telephone to contact with reception if you need it. Bed was so soft and comfortable to sleep and breakfast was completed and varied with good products. Really, I felt a beat deception with room cause in my selection before booking it I took care of the details I like it

We spent 5 nights in this hotel, and we were very satisfied. Very easy to find as well as well as very easy to reach highway. Even Montpellier is not far away. Spotless clean, quiet, big parking, several restaurants within walking distance. Good breakfast and most of all fantastic staff, very kind young people unobtrusive and highly effective fluently speaking English. Only room was a bit small, but bed was excellent.

IN COM PÉ TENCE Hôtel à fuir vraiment ne gaspillez pas vôtre argent dans un hôtel ne respectant ni sa clientèle ni les règles d’hygiène , Lisez les avis avant de réserver car sa a été notre GROSSE ERREUR. Beaucoup de plainte au sujet du principale concerné . Mr IBRAHIM qui fait office de réceptionniste responsable et peut être directeur car ne savant pas pouvoir ce qualifier auprès de sa clientèle lors de la demande . Des l’accueil IBRAHIM se permet de tutoyer , par la suite se victimise suite à un mécontentement de l’une d’entre nous qui d’ailleurs n’a été ni violente ni vulgaire , il n’accepte pas de l’étendre , car Chambre demander NE CORRESPONDANT PAS nous payons un service il est légitime que cela corresponde, il se permet de hausser le ton à l’approche d’autre clients .il se perd dans son rôle professionnel ! HYGIÈNE : Salle de bain Avec une très forte odeur dérangeant de Tabac froid et d’urine dans le WC !! non négligeable et non acceptable suite à ça Mr IBRAHIM n’a pas voulu se déplacé pour constaté les fait !!! TRÈS PROFESSIONNEL d’ailleurs bravo monsieur je n’ai jamais vu cela ! ( ceci est de l’ironie BIEN SÛR ! ) je REMERCIE par ailleurs la jeune femme Du personnel qui a pu venir constater et confirmer les faits du manque d’hygiène et effectuer les allez retour suite à ce gros désagréments MONSIEUR IBRAHIM en compensations nous propose une offre de petits déjeuner DÉJÀ payé au préalable quelle gentillesse nous offrir ce que l’on a déjà payé ! ce monsieur n’a pas les compétences ne sais même pas ce qu’il facture ,! paiement dès l’arrivée n’a pas su effectuer un changement de chambre avec les demandes respecter (2 lits séparé car 2 personne son l’une avec pb de santé ) n’a pas su effectué car je site « je n’ai pas la compétence de fonction à le faire » Il a refusé par ailleurs un geste commerciale d’un remboursement ou remise . Il c’est meme permit de nous demander le motif de notre hébergement dans la région et suite à ça de rester sur l’hôtel de notre région d’origine ,il s’immisce très facilement dans notre vie privée du client . TOUT ça est SCANDALEUX ! Pour un hôtel MANQUE TOTALE DE PROFESSIONNALISME la situation aurais très vite réglé avec un changement de chambre avec demande respecter ou remise . Sachez Monsieur IBRAHIM que grâce à vous nous ne retournerons plus JAMAIS dans un des hôtel B&B car d’après vous c’est partout pareil dans cette chaîne . Sachez par ailleurs qu’une procédure est en cours de démarche car notre séjour a été gâché.

Not recommended, especially if you don't have a car. You get what you pay for: It was a cheaper option from what was available in the region, but I highly recommend paying the extra money for a more central location of the city. For my girlfriend and myself I paid for a ”confort” room (which just means a private toilet/bath in the room rather than a public WC/shower in the hallway), but it was frustratingly cramped; the bathroom was so tight that the toilet sits partially in the shower area. On day two, I also didn't notice any terrible difference between the hot and cold (I let both extremes for some time). There was a TV in the room, but we didn't use it. Our visit was in July when it was hot; there is no AC in the room. The breakfast (7.50€ per person) was unspectacular, though I was at least happy I could get multiple copies with the machine. The wifi was troublesome: both my gf and I had issues trying to connect our phones. My phone repeatedly said ”connected”, but no internet was running through it; my gf's phone eventually connected though, and thankfully my laptop (Macbook) connected. More about location: If you don't have a car, it's a nightmare to get to. Sure, it's right on a bus stop (Terre Neuve), but the bus runs once, maybe twice per hour in one direction (either 5 minutes to the shopping center or 40 minutes to Montpellier city). But the last service is around 20:00; you have to arrive with the tram to the nearest station (Victoire 2), and walk 20 minutes along the highway; there is no normal pedestrian footpath to get to the hotel from the north; it is dangerous. Therefore: only with a car for the nightlife!
