Quand on arrive sur le parking le bâtiment paraît vieillot et mal entretenu. L ossature exterieure en bois autour des fenêtres est pourrie des lamelles tombent sur le parking. Un bon ravalement serait nécessaire. Les moquettes extrêmement sales dans les couloirs et surtout une très forte odeur persistante de moisi. Ca c était le négatif maintenant le positif l accueil agréable les chambres et salle de douche bien que très petites sont fonctionnelles petite bouteille d eau cafetière dosettes etc... petits-déjeuners comme dans autres kyriad bien achalandés. Mais ce kyriad d une autre époque vieillit mal .

We had our daughter first communion where we had invited 26 persons. Non of the instructions where followed in regards to the occasion (white table cloths were requested we have got brown instead etc...) Food was served very late... no one asked about the meat (Duck) preference came medium rare for everyone. Someone insisted on having a different plate while they have prepared fish iinstead of duck instead of getting anothet plate they insisted that we need to take it. We ran out of water and waited 30 min to get bottles refilled. Not recommended at all where we have paid a very high price for a very bad quality of food and service. Total failure and they ruined the occasion.

Exceptionally good value for money and the room was clean, everything worked as it should. Location was perfect as we had visited Versailles Palace during the day and only wanted somewhere to sleep before continuing our trip to the Loire. We also found a supermarket close and right next door a regional restaurant ( we didn't use) Ample parking, free good wifi.. Couple of negatives, reception spoke very little English and was not helpful, the room had a awful tobacco smell, that seemed to be impregnated into everything, we do not smoke so wasn't pleasant.

I have the opportunity to stay for two months in this hotel and do at least 10 rooms. I think that my opinion counts a lot, I advise you not to stay in any room near the reception, a horrible noise from the VMC and fridge. And from the neighborhood, I did not sleep well at all. During my stay. I found a paper stuck on my door explaining that I had to change rooms in the middle of my stay with abusive explanations from the hotel managers and no compensation because they had rented the room to someone else. The hotel manager told me straight out if they wanted, they could remove my things from the room themselves, which I think is prohibited for security reasons, close the windows well because some roller shutters do not work. Everyone can access the hotel. It is a real mill. Avoid the disabled room, an unbearable smell that soaks all 2 rooms.

Will be hard to find a stuff which is more unfriendly. The check-in was unsatisfying because the one didn’t know the password for the system, the one who knows was absent. So we had to wait around 15 minutes for the stuff and then had to queue as we were not the only ones to check-in. The rooms are not heated during the day, so when we entered the temperature inside was 15°C. The bathroom cold as a fridge The next day we were promised that the house keeping will not remove the room card (and let the heater on) but it was just an empty promise. Well, € 135 for a cold small room is highly overpriced. Our first stay here, definitely the last. It’s poor quality but not at least cheap.

Très bon hôtel, le petit déjeuner est très qualitatif avec plusieurs choix de la vraie confiture comme on utiliserait à la maison c’était chaleureux. Le personnel d’accueil est très gentil et très patient car nous avons eu un souci sur le numéro de réservation et ils ont essayé de trouver une solution pendant 50 minutes et on a fini par réussir à voir une chambre sans que l’employé paraisse agacé. Ma chambre était très propre confortable, aucun bruit on n’a pas été réveillé, le personnel ne rentre pas la chambre même si on part à 12h03 à la place de 12h on ne se sent pas jeter dehors (ce qui arrive quasiment dans tous les hôtels). La salle de déjeuné est propre les ascenseurs, les couloirs, les micro-ondes tout est propre ! En tout cas c’était un séjour top merci beaucoup; on reviendra !
