Who wants to meet the quiet side of London outside the centre will feel comfortable in this charming 19th-century hotel in the southwest Wimbledon district. It is certainly a hotel for private travellers, but who knows many hotel chains as a business traveller will not see any more such differences and may perhaps have another experience. I personally like the traditional English style of the rooms. In the bathroom, modern equipment connects with historically attractive elements of wall and floor tiles in a harmonious way. I ordered food in the room, which was very good. I also liked breakfast. The staff was very friendly and expert in all areas. The receptionist (I think Angela?) surprised me with an upgrade to a junior suite with views on the park. I think it's not better. Thank you again.

It is a good hotel without any particular fault. However, they only provide 30 minutes of Wi-Fi and tell you to pay GBP3 to buy it if you need it. No matter how little it is, I still feel bad. I'd rather spend that money on hotel fees in advance. If you use such a strategy of including and providing unlimited Wi-Fi, the company will also benefit from I think it would be good for all the guests as well. I think this hotel is not very pleasant because of the Wi-Fi. However, the female employee named ANA who works at the restaurant there is very good at cooking. My partner and I recently stayed here as it was close to the theatre. We had other options of the Premier Inn nearer to the venue, but chanced the Antoinette as parking was available. So glad we took the chance. On arrival the reception staff were very welcoming and even upgraded our room to an executive room. The room itself was very clean and comfortable with the facilities in the room more than you'd expect from the cost of the room. With only a 6 minute walk to the theatre we used this to our advantage by coming and going to the local restaurants. The only lwt down was there was not a restaurant within the hotel as we'd have loved to experience and evening meal there too, but the local Persian restaurant was a first with lovely food. We will definitely stay here again and again as we have looked at more shows to see at the New Wimbledon Theatre.

Great hotel, easy to access and very clean.

This hotel is very convenient for the St. George’s Hospital - it’s literally in the grounds of the hospital. It’s a three star hotel and I would say it’s towards the lower end of the three star spectrum. The staff were very good, and the amenities for a three star were as expected. However, there is a huge problem with the cleanliness of the carpets and upholstery. They are disgusting! They are stained all over the place and it’s makes the atmosphere of the room feel very dirty - you just don’t know what on earth you’re walking in or sitting on. It’s a shame because the general cleanliness of the room is good and as you would expect, so the cleaning staff do a decent job, but the stains on the carpet and chairs/sofas are just so off putting. The management/owners of this hotel should be ashamed of themselves. It is just not acceptable. They need to deep clean the carpets and upholstery as a matter of urgency or replace them immediately. Some of the stains are so awful that I doubt cleaning would remove them, so the carpets and sofas/chairs would probably need to be replaced instead. I would definitely not stay here again because of this problem. Sort it out Management!

The hotel is in a general location. After 11pm or before 10am, the accessories are basically not available for purchase. It takes about half an hour to walk from the modern subway station and about 8 pounds. The front desk of the hotel is in a bar (also a restaurant). The front desk is as big as a washing machine. It is generally unattended. When you check in, you will say hello to the restaurant waiter. She will call the waiter who is going to check in. The room is not in the restaurant and bar, but in a second floor next door, the waiter is very warm and helps us with our luggage. We stayed at 11 o'clock in the evening and the restaurant closed. When he sent us to the room, he also asked enthusiastically: What if you didn't eat? Google can find restaurants or restaurants, etc., so that we feel warm. The rooms are small, but the basic facilities are there, as well as pots for hot water.
