An amazing experience by all means. A true luxury experience even with the busy season and the amount of people. Everyone one is genuinely welcoming and serve with passion, from the hotel manager to the house keeping staff. Special thanks to George for the generous upgrade and for Christine who has been of help anytime and anywhere. I can’t remember everyone, but thank you all for this wonderful experience. It is important to know that this is not a hotel to speak, but rather a higher-class pension. There are only a handful of rooms, perhaps 5-6 not more, and the service is provided by a person, Nadia, effective and very helpful, but that is not necessarily available at any time. Most: - pleasant, clean and well-equipped room - a good breakfast served on the private terrace of the room - friendly and efficient Nadia service - pleasant small swimming pool with a beautiful view of hair pile in front of the terrace of the room (although you sometimes have right to p...asse of the neighbouring room that spends 2 hours to register in all positions in front of the panorama) _ small resto simpa, the Tiki, at the foot of the hotel's climb The least: - neither bar, nor resto, You have to get out - Elia's beach is over-flowed by transactions - the hotel is upside a TRES raid in car and walking, and is visited by buses that serve the huge neighbor hotel, Not a pleasant to cross one in your little car that hardly goes up - the visiting of Mykonos, it still a mix of M****illais in Miami and Costa cruises, you need to love ...

We spent 8 nights in Superior Sea View Suite with Private Pool. I absolutely cannot agree with many of the very negative reviews about this hotel. Overall, we are satisfied with our vacation, but there are a few issues that should be addressed, which everyone should consider when booking a vacation here, and that hotel managers should keep in mind in daily management. I have documented all my critical remarks with photos. Is this hotel worth the money? Considering that the whole of Mykonos is very expensive – probably yes. Is it a 5-star standard hotel – definitely NOT, maybe 3 stars at most! Let's start with the location - by a beautiful large beach, literally a step away. The beach is quiet, without discos, clubs, or loud bars – one can relax. Unfortunately, there is a local road running along the hotel leading to 4 or 5 other hotels. Forget sitting on the balcony in the evenings, as cars, quads, motorcycles, and large buses drive by even in the middle of the night. Sleeping with an open window is impossible, and you are forced to use the air conditioning – loud and quite inaccurate – a 1-degree difference is the line between cold and hot. The rooms have been recently renovated and modernized – new, nice, and modern floors, windows, bathrooms, toilets, great mattresses, and pillows that make you want to sleep on them. Excellent toiletries are provided. However, the fans are terribly loud, and the other furniture is simply old. Pictures of tropical fish from a coral reef don't really fit the Cyclades… It seems like they were just handy. Rooms are cleaned daily – quickly and efficiently, thank you, but… the balcony is also worth cleaning, as the glass from the pool is always dirty and streaky. Speaking of the pool – no one cleaned it for 8 days, even though it got dirty inside… An absolute hit is the completely rusty clothes dryer! How much does it cost, 20, 30 EUR? Why hasn't anyone replaced it? The windows might be new, but all the shutters have rusty hinges. They can't be secured, and they flap and knock in the wind. From the bedroom, we had a view of an awful concrete wall with protruding pipes and a rusty shutter. How much does it cost to clean it up and put a nice flower pot there? And now what the hotel doesn't mention when you book your vacation (besides the noisy road next door). The nearest shop is in Ano Mera, about a 10-minute drive – if you have a car. If not, and you run out of shaving foam, toothpaste, or just want to buy something to drink – you're in trouble… What the hotel calls a parking lot is a bare field, a rubble site, without any security. If you want to rent a car – do it through the hotel, in case of damage, you won't have to prove that the car was in the parking lot as this field doesn't meet any parking requirements. I'll mention that none of the nearby hotels have a shop – is this a coincidence? If you want something to drink in the evening – go to the bar and pay 6 EUR for a beer or 17 EUR for a cocktail. A

We have been waiting for the summer holidays all year round and then due to a mistake made by the structure in question, our holidays in Mykonos have been skipped !!! On August 5, I decided to send an email to Elia to ask for a transfer to pick us up from the airport on August 7, the day of our arrival in Mykonos. The response I received was chilling ... ”There is no booking in your name.” Now you imagine that I have two children, one of whom is a newborn and that if I hadn't sent that email, we would have found ourselves on 7 August in Elia's hall hearing these words ... Incredulous, I re-forward the email sent in October with the Form, provided by them for the reservation, complete with all my data necessary for the reservation! And I also forward the reply email, also dating back to October, in which they assured me that everything was ok with the booking and that I could then proceed with the purchase of airline tickets !!!!! The response I received three days ago after sending these old emails was ”We are so sorry, unfortunately there was an error on our part but we no longer have rooms available and to apologize for what happened, we can find you a structure alternative to ours ... ”. I find all this absolutely absurd, they forgot our reservation and sold the room to other people !!! If I chose to book a 15-day holiday with Elia I had a whole series of reasons and alternative structures offered by them, with bad reviews on TripAdvisor such as ”Disgusting Room!” I don't know what to do with it ... With two small children, one of which is a newborn, you can't be flexible up to this point! The structures they proposed were apartments or hotels of a lower category and had nothing to do with Elia; I would have appreciated if they had offered me a hotel equal or superior to theirs and not places with such bad reviews! I can do nothing about their apologies, our holidays in Mykonos have been skipped because it was impossible two days before departure, to be able to find another accommodation that had the services we needed; they were obviously all fully booked! What happened is really absurd ... Think if I hadn't sent that email ... we would have found ourselves on our arrival with 1 child and a newborn, without a room to sleep !!! A 4-star hotel cannot make mistakes like this!

I turned 30 at this hotel and it was perfect. Irena was my wife and I's first point of contact and we became quick friends on a first name basis. She remembered fine details about our stay including my birthday, our room number and coordinated dinner reservations, transportation etc. - she also remembered my birthday and sent fruit and Greek wine to my room. The place secluded from the epicenter of the island that is Mykonos Town (it is surrounded by small villages on mountainous terrain) but it has a magical quality that brings out the best in people. Angelos, the bartender is talented and engaging, we too became fast friends. Lastly i'd like to mention the Imperial Spa and the earth angel, Artemis. I was gifted a massage and facial on my birthday and Artemis gave me one of the best massages I have ever had. She was so grounded and connected, I was a brand new baby bird when I walked out. You should not stay here if you dislike soft Mediterranean air with a wide open sea view, twinkling cliff-sides, incredible food/drinks, huge bathtubs, verandas, giant pools with ocean views and very kind/accommodating staff. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Myconian. The staff are super friendly & welcoming. That makes the experience great! We stayed on the 4th floor. So a little stairs required to climb (if you have mobility challenges, please request for a floor that have direct lift access). The compound is beautiful! Especially the view from the balcony is really impressive. We got the room that gets to see the sunset by the sea. The room is clean. We bumped into the housekeeper & she really cleans (pull out all pillow case & blanket cover) everyday! They change the towels during the room clean up & sun down service. If you need a kettle, you have to request from the housekeeping. Water from tap is not drinkable. Only 2 bottles of water is provided per evening after 7pm. Otherwise, you have to use the mini bar or call for room service. Otherwise, it was a beautiful stay.

We had an unforgettable stay at Myconian Utopia. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were always attentive and kind. Eftychia, Eleni, Mary, and Kostas stood out for their exceptional friendliness and professionalism. They made our stay even more special by anticipating our every need with incredible care. The hotel is spotless, with impeccable cleanliness in every corner, whether in the rooms or common areas. The service is of exceptional quality, and everything is designed to make you feel relaxed and pampered. And the view… simply breathtaking! The hotel’s private beach is a real gem: fine sand, crystal-clear water, all in an intimate and exclusive setting, perfect for recharging in peace. We will definitely be back!
