30 July - August 2nd 2019 (2 days) I visited here. May God the room as I asked. Can be checked in the photo. Ala ala Honeymoon. The room I took was a suite so it was quite big. I think the price is still quite reasonable with the room and service Ok.. July 30 rame group guests so I rescheduled the romantic dinner on July 31st. I recommend the food plus the western. so, just call the hotel directly if anyone wants a honeymoon. Recommend on weekdays.

Decided to book this hotel since it looks nice and decent despite the mixed reviews on Traveloka. Stayed for only 1 night and didn’t a fancy hotel. Check in was smooth, no hassle at all. Room was clean. Small but does not feel too cramped. It was similar (if not slightly bigger) than hotel rooms in Tokyo. Bed was comfy. AC was so cold. Shower room is clean, just okay. All in all, it was fairly priced I think. Decor of the hotel is kind of instagramable. A bit noisy at around 10-11pm (for some reason there was this family with kids that just kept on conversing in loud voice). Would go back, I think.

GGuest User2022 I checked in at this hotel, I forgot the month. The first time I entered the hotel lobby was greeted by the receptionist, as far as I know named elsa CMIIW. The first photo I had permission from him at the time of fixing the broken flasher, swiftly with good speech I think giving a lot of tips is fine. I think he is the most kind, friendly, sprightly staff I've ever met 😍. The second photo, when I checked in again, it was seen that there were spots on the bed sheet. I complained by calling the receptionist, it turned out that there was no answer when I got off at the receptionist counter, there was no one, I was surprised that the staff was smoking in the front restaurant. After waiting 60 minutes - 90 minutes finally the other staff changed the bed sheet, at that time I came out because I wanted to shop. The third photo was back at the hotel at night and when I opened the bed sheet it was still stained like blood 😭. In the fourth photo, the lights suddenly flickered like in a club shortly afterwards turned off. I decided to checkout that night, again and again there was no one at receptionist! I decided to put the hotel key at the receptionist and did not take my deposit because I was fed up and annoyed. I hope to pay more attention in terms of staff aspects and room cleanliness.
