Hello . We stayed in your hotel for a few days. The hotel is very luxurious and beautiful. Upon arrival, the staff welcomed us and brought our luggage to the room. All the staff were very kind and treated with respect. The quality of the food was good. The sports facilities were suitable and excellent. The fitness club was excellent with full equipment including jacuzzi and sauna, as well as the hotel pool. Access to the shopping center was great. I would like to thank all the hotel staff from the restaurant, restaurant, housekeeping, service, cleaning, club, pool and also the good management of the hotel. Some of them helped and guided us a lot. I thank Mrs. Arentha .She were very respectful and kind and answered the questions very well and guided me carefully. These successes show that your management in the hotel is excellent and all the employees move within the framework and rules of the hotel and provide good services to the guests. I congratulate you on the appropriate and good education. We had a lot of fun during our stay. I hope these successes will continue. Good luck

Overall our stay was good. The family really enjoyed it and the fact that it rain the whole weekend didn't ruin our trip as we spent most of our time in the mall and at tran studio.
Best high light was the kiddy pool.

GGuest UserThis hotel is very nice! The staff are very kind and treat me & my wife as well as their loved ones. Especially, the bell boy. He is so kind and well trained personal butler alike. Too bad, every staff didn't have name tag. Well, thank you so much for the warming welcome!. Hotel design, atmosphere, furniture, are so on point with their concept. Definitely, one of my favorite hotels in Bandung. But, it would be more lovely and lively if breakfast are well, a little bit more French, or have one or two French-style breakfast. Not only all Indonesia cuisine. And last but not least, if only every broken or aged furniture such as wall and ceiling could be fixed, it would be more enjoyable...

AAgusCame here on New Year's Eve, it was quite busy but in my opinion the staff were nimble so even though the toilets were dry they were often cleaned so the toilets were clean... OK for a capsule hotel for couples who need a place to stop near Bandung Square

GGuest UserThe wifi connection is not good and only last 5 minutes even the technician came to visit.
the connection on off and really not as 4 star hotel.
And the parking lot, its not easy to go in and out and its space only limited especially for high season, when you are in, and u wont go out as no parking space left haha..
Overall its good hotel for staycation.

VVicrhiawanCoincidentally, I got the last room in the early 2024 holidays, at a price of 260, you could say the facilities were lacking. Room cleanliness is also lacking. Itchy bed sheets may be rarely washed or even not washed after previous guests. The bathroom tiles have peeling paint on the floor. But the AC is cold and the officers are friendly

GGuest UserThe hotel is centrally located, but along a very busy road. The busy road is therefore the reason that the terrace is very noisy. You can't have a conversation with each other, there is so much noise. The rooms are very dark and noisy, but fairly clean. The fact that the swimming pool opens early in the morning is not a plus with screaming children. Breakfast is fine, not very special. An extra toaster is not a superfluous luxury. The waiting time for a toasted sandwich is very long. For the rest the food from the menu is fine. The friendliness at the reception strongly depends on who is there. In addition, we also had problems with the light that did not go out in the bedroom, but I do not have the illusion that this has already been resolved. Next visit in Bandung I would rethink visiting this hotel again.

Very nice hotel, clean and very recommended for travelleres who have a plan to spend some holoday in Bandung area, very near to famous china town.
The room is ok ans the food is ok, it has a pool with nice view
Was here with my family and we were given rooms nearby to each other.the rooms are clean, the staffs were very polite too. The breakfast however, would prefer to have more western food. Thanks for the thoughtfulness and excellent service! Will definitely stay again whenever we're here.

SSobryAmroeThis is my second time staying at this hotel. The reason I chose this hotel is because the location is very strategic in bandung city, just in front of Bandung station so there is no need to find transportation when arriving in Bandung. As for the shortcomings in this hotel, I think is: rooms that are not soundproof, often hear sounds like moving chairs on the roof of the ceiling, the wifi is not good, and the food in terms of breakfast is not varied impressed standard. Maybe in the future, it is better to improve in terms of comfort and service for guests to stay. Thank you Grand Sovia Hotel, hope to be more prosperous in the future..
