Buffet breakfast was all right with choices to choose. Chicken porridge was nice and cakes as well. Decent choices. Room was fine except that air con water dripping and wet the floor for room 1010. Quiet and nice view. Staff was polite and try to meet needs. Not able to communicate with English.

GGuest UserMalaka Hotel. It’s wonderful that I can stay here with my family. My friend recommended this hotel to me. Well, it’s a cheap and I wasn’t expecting such good service. But Mr. Dwi and Mr. And I did an excellent job of welcoming the guests. My family and I were also given a complimentary drink and snack. Soto is my favorite, and it was delicious. My mother also ordered a Healthy Juice and Oglio from room service. My mother said it was delicious, but I was unable to try it. And, just as my brother and I were about to begin eating breakfast, Mr Andi informed us that our parents could also join us. Meanwhile, the room plus breakfast that we ordered is only for 2 people. I was surprised, and I immediately informed my mother and father that we had received free breakfast. Anyway, Malaka Hotel Bandung, thank you for the experience. I will definitely return when I am in Bandung.

GGuest UserThis hotel is very nice! The staff are very kind and treat me & my wife as well as their loved ones. Especially, the bell boy. He is so kind and well trained personal butler alike. Too bad, every staff didn't have name tag. Well, thank you so much for the warming welcome!. Hotel design, atmosphere, furniture, are so on point with their concept. Definitely, one of my favorite hotels in Bandung. But, it would be more lovely and lively if breakfast are well, a little bit more French, or have one or two French-style breakfast. Not only all Indonesia cuisine. And last but not least, if only every broken or aged furniture such as wall and ceiling could be fixed, it would be more enjoyable...

XXingThe location is ok. The staff are friendly and the service is good. The website says the room I stayed is 30 sq. Meter but the room itself is no more than 18. The room does come with a patio which is relatively big. There is a wall in the patio that blocks view (5th floor). The bath room is relatively small and no bathtub. I left the hotel around 7:30 in the morning to the nearest high speed train station by Grab and it took around 30 minutes. There is a safe in the room. The buffet breakfast is ok. The swimming pool is not big enough for laps. The chairs at the restaurant are too high and not comfortable.

GGuest UserWe booked Family Suite with 2 bedroom and jacuzzi (incl, breakfast). We stayed for 3 days 2 nights. We were super duper in love with the hotel. Very nice decor concept, so neat and clean bedroom, the kids loved the pool, the breakfast was great with delicious food and spectacular mountain views, and yes the bed was 👍. We would like to make reservation again if we ever visit Bandung again. Thank you so much for your kind and warm hospitality for us. We have amazing experience of staying at your hotel.

GGuest UserThe breakfast is good, the room is clean with a really good lighting, the staff is helpful. Resa, the guest relation staff is making sure my input appreciated. Don't be discouraged with the basement entrance since you'll find a good experience.

JJalanSabtuThe hotel gives you a homie and greener feeling because its design and looks are very homie. Building architecture from old dutch colonial and surrounding by trees and nice garden make it very fresh. The room quite spacious on this price category and some has balcony with a nivw bath room. I impress about the amenities that complete from the bottle of water, tooh brush and tooth paste has a brand and good quality. The Bed ok and the furniture were nice. The facilities the have a good and best spot for photos (for instagram) and a nice swimming pool infront of their restaurant which is use for daily dining/breakfast. The breakfast is just ok. need to improve for the variety and taste. The staff some are nice some just flat face eapecially on the breakfast service seems like they tired or forget that their in the hospitality indistry that need warm and smile service. Maybe because most of the staff are seniors so they forget how to serve customer. but the security and receptionist are nice.
The Parking area are open space so if its rain your car will be wet or hot if it during the day.
overall is Ok. a good and relaxing hotel if you want to choose stay in bandung city

GGuest UserThe rooms are clean, the service is friendly and very helpful. This hotel is good for its category. If you ask me will I come here again? the answer is of course yes. Tbh, I hope the restaurant will open for the next year. So, I don't need order for an online food only for breakfast. Thankyou, see u next trip Bandung.
