I finally returned to stay at this Hotel after a few years ago. Good service, friendly and very helpful guests, offset the quality of the room as well as clean inclusive. Why would I say a romantic and strategic hotel?? Because across the hotel there is a pretty spectacular and complete mall, then just a walk we can get a delicious and famous Cirebon signature dishes. Call it Jamblang Mang Dul Rice, Empal Gentong bang JT, Nasi Lengko, know the jrot and so on. Then on the top floor of the Hotel there is a very exotic pool combined with an open lounge for sitting and looking at the city of Cirebon from the height. The salad selection is also very complete, from a few main course shallow stehl from 5 sd 6 sauces, special stehl shrimp rice, omellete, bread and jam, juice, fruit, cake, chicken porridge, to salads. For travelers, I recommend staying at this hotel, will be satisfied.

Great place for business travellers. Keep in mind it's not in the city center, but it's more convenient if you. want to go outside of Cirebon early in the morning. Breakfast is fantastic, a lot of choices definitely better than other 3-stars hotels. Good chair and table in room for quick work session. Only complaint is small cockroach in the bathroom.

Conveniently located in considerably Cirebon most crowded mall - Cirebon Super Block Mall Great if you are traveling with children as mall is adjacent to the hotel, there are plenty of food selections and kids playing area Parking is one of their weak points, as mall are mostly over crowded. We were not able to enter the location, and need to call hotel team to talk to security from the mall to allow us to enter, hotel team is helpful which solved our frustration. Gym equipment are adequate, however there are 3 broken treadmills that need to be fixed. And air conditioning is not working creating the feeling of working out in cheap gym. Room is a bit dark at night, there is working lamp to support a bit of work with laptop. Cleanliness can be improved, we have noticed dusk at the corner of the room. Overall, hotel location is a positive point, with poor parking because of mall operation and impolite mall security, room is acceptable with cleanliness to be improved. Service is good with room for improvement.

We chose this hotel because the location of events was initially close to this hotel, but it turned out that there was a change so it was a little bit far from the location of the event. If you are going to visit the University of Mount Cirebon Recreational University, especially the Department of Medicine, this hotel is the closest. Room facilities are almost the same as other budget hotels. By chance We chose a standard twin without windows, so it felt quite a bit closed. The bathroom is not too spacious. Service is average. We were asked for ID card as a bail. The lobby was very hot. That's what we owe, so we can't sit there comfortably while waiting. When we wanted to borrow a surgical kit, we were directed to Mushola to take his own saddle, whereas, Kira with a lot of employees there might be able to bring it, so we checked in, no need to be delivered to the room is also no problem. The effect of his hospitality is very poor. Although not part of the facility, in other hotels with the same budget, I never had to send my own sholat to musola. Even they took him to the room. A clean hotel with good standard amenities. Clean room, ok service. Room servive is also acceptable, the taste of the dishes is good tongue, enough portion. The only drawback is that some lights are off & may not be noticed. The door of the cabinet is also a bit broken, but it can still be used. there is a mini refrigerator,but there is no electric kettle...i can't drink at night...😑 the rest is satisfied anyway,at an economical price
