Staff was slacking not attentive upon check in. Almost given a wrong room type, until I double check and notify.
Room was good, location was good too. The thing I love about this hotel, tranquil and serene with many greens, plants and look more like a resort style.
There is a mini fridge but cannot be used as the wire cord was cut. No hangers provided upon check in.

The environment is very good and the service is in place. The room is cleaned every day. If you need anything, please call the front desk directly. The swimming pool is very clean and hygienic, the sky garden has beautiful scenery, and sometimes there are activities. The microwave oven with hot and cold water, including knives and forks, is clean. The front desk is friendly and you can print for free. The room is full of technology and you can sleep. DDennyThis facility is clean, however, I got a room which ac was broken plus the window seal was already bad so the outside noise was loud in the room. I asked the change of room but it was full, so I had to bear with the room which ac was rather hot. I slept without blanket. Furthermore, if you drive a car, the parking lot was designed tremendously narrow between building pillars. It takes skill to maneuver your car to park and avoid scraping your car against the pillars. Another matter was to many guests not wearing masks at the public area yet the staffs could not do anything about it, mostlikely because there were to many guests or the staffs were simply didnt care anymore.

GGuest UserGreat place to stay for families, close to Jakarta International Airport CGK. The breakfasts are amazingly good and generous. The rooms are spacious and clean. AC works perfectly. Safe neighborhood, and the free shuttle is so useful. The staff is the best: very friendly, so helpful, and very kind. The pool is very fun for the whole family. The food from the restaurant is yummy, and the wifi is fast. We stayed there a couple of times and loved it every time. Our little 10-year old wants to add this: ”I love the breakfasts because their fried rice is awesome aaaand the fruits. One of the most respectful hotels I've been to in my LIFE!”

Amenities included 1 soap, 1 towel, and a foot wipe mat. At least you should bring shampoo. The toilet is broken, so it is a method of pumping water into a bucket and flushing it. The shower is also a type of shower that draws water in a bucket. As the temperature is high, the water temperature is about the same as a hot water shower, so it's a little cold at first, but it's not frozen.
It's a little close to the airport and there's nothing around, but there's a restaurant next door (second photo) where you can eat a full meal for 300 yen, and you can buy drinks and snacks at the shop in front of you, so you can live a life. Don't have trouble I think.

There are no lifts fro street level to reception .. the air conditioning unit requires cleaning; and has low output. Minimal services available in the room, and wifi is continually failing ..
There are no elevators to higher floors ..

KKrysV9We have been staying only one night, but unfortunately we have not managed to get a shuttle from the airport to join the hotel. We found a clean and functional room, and the staff was sympathetic and their basic English. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The next day the shuttle to go to the airport is well organized and punctual. For one night, the hotel is very well suited. For a longer stay there is certainly better.
