Great customer service! Went to the terrace restaurant for dinner but brought my laptop to work while waiting for the food to be served. Unfortunately the WiFi does not reach there. One of the waiters offered me a hot spot from his phone for the duration of the dinner out of his own initiative! It was highly appreciated! The food was delicious too, by the way.

Overpriced!! Staff is totally irresponsible, untidy . Dont know why they are charging too much for so much small room. Everytime , you will see a new person on reception desk. Outsiders, non-guest, everytime keep on sitting in public area near reception desk making guests uncomfortable. Outside Parking space is always full via local residents. Guest will not get proper parking for there cars/vehicles. Food is totally horrible. Overpriced, less in quantity and total tasteless. Toiletries will be provided only when you ask otherwise you will not get them. Provided towels were dirty. Bedsheets were full of dust. Only good thing of this property is location,for which they are charging almost double Nothing else.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at your hotel and i wanted to provide some feedback on my experience. Overall, my stay was average. While some aspects were satisfactory, there are a few areas where improvement could enhance the guest experience and the receptionist is not good he is enquiry like we are thief. 1. *room cleanliness: the room was generally clean but could benefit from more attention to detail, particularly in areas like [specific areas needing attention, e. G, the bathroom or under the bed. 2. *service efficiency: i found that response times for requests were very slower than expected. Improving the speed and efficiency of service would significantly enhance guest satisfaction. 3. *amenities: while the amenities were adequate, there were a few that were either missing or not functioning as expected. Ensuring all amenities are in good working order would be beneficial. 4. *customer service: the staff were polite, but there were moments where interactions felt less warm and welcoming. A bit more attentiveness and personal touch would make a big difference. I appreciate the efforts of your team and hope this feedback helps in making improvements.
