We had first stayed in this hotel in 1989 when it was newly inaugurated. After ***y years, stayed in this hotel again recently and found that it has been thoroughly renovated and upgraded with facilities. The entrance and reception area has become quite impressive. Room had all facilities. However ***agement will do better with some upkeep. Our room TV was not working and it was found that set up box is faulty and needed to be changed. These things should have better been checked beforehand. Also our room had an aluminium window on the road side with a door also which had it knob within reach of even a child. Since there was no grill there is risk of an accident specially with guest with small children. We did draw the attention of the ***agement and hope it has been taken care. Spread and quality at breakfast will do better with improvement. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The place is nice and quiet in a proper location. Was clean as well, hotel was managed by good staffs and the food was brilliant

Bathroom door does not close. Shower not working. Bed linen old and had tears. Shoe rack old and on the point of breaking. Not the best of hotel stays. Disappointed

Neat and clean hotel room, dinning hall and the lounge. Staffs are well behaved and prompt. Billing is quick. Housekeeping and dinning response is quick. Cab is also available with the hotel. Rooms charges are also optimum. It's stay is price worthy. Food rates are also at reasonable price. All together the stay is economical. Whatever is expected from a good hotel, all the facilities are available. Room services are good. Daily newspaper delivery in room is also an added advantage to get aware of the world. Distance from railway station is only 3 km. The hotel is located on main road, so transport is available at door step.

Indeed it was a great stay. The hotel is located at the prime location in the middle of the city with good communication and amenities. The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. The food was overall good with a free breakfast. Rooms were clean and very well maintained. Overall a great hotel with good hospitality.

Very horrible hotel in the Asansol. Stuffs r very bad behavior restaurant and housekeeping both stuffs r very bad they know everything but at last they are zero. Most 3rd class behavior Of GENERAL MANAGER Of this hotel MR. TANMOY GHOSH. Restaurant service r bery bad rooms r very dirty and Hygienic they not use Sanitizer in rooms only using room freshner and called that is Sanitizer. Rooms washrooms smell is very bad all over the hotel take out of 10 is 1. Stuffs are don't know english and hindi they known only bengali.

Excellent experience of staying here as the location very near to jessore road with so cooperative staffs who are ready to serve you whole day inspite of temporary unavailability of their own kitchen.
