”i recently stayed at falcon resort and had an exceptional experience! the staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the hotel's restaurant served delicious food. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the extra touches that made my stay feel special. Highly recommended.

Location was good. Room size is ok only for two person with no kid. There was bad odour in the room we entered in the room. There were mosquitoes coming inside probably from the bathroom. The owner charged rs 300/ for 2 hrs early check in even when i said that i will check out early.

Nothing at fault at all. Room was great so as the hotel itself and the location. Food was amazing . Lots of options including pancakes waffles egg Benedict and ***y more, all freshly backed, cooked .
Will defo go back there again if ever we visit Goa.
Hotel staff were also friendly, smart, passionate and respectful. Great experience over all.

The hotel is very new, the hardware facilities are very good, the service is very good, there is a welcome juice when you go to check-in. But the location is a bit off, it takes ten minutes to walk to the beach, and the airport comes to the taxi for an hour and a half. Hotel catering is mainly for Indians, and there is basically no international taste. There are so many restaurants around, you can eat steaks in all tastes, the price is not expensive, and the taxes are few.

The check in was a little bit chaotic- but this was mainly down to other customers not respecting others and was being quiet rude and forceful with their de***ds to the staff. However, they were kinda and calm to everyone which was nice. Additionally, the staff in the restaurants were very helpful and friendly and the food was nice. The bedroom is basic but very clean and has everything you need in it.

GGuest UserVery nice Hotel in Calangute. Rooms are small but clean and Modern. The white and Yellow theme goes very well. Basic amenities pocket tea/coffee, soaps, and kettles are provided. Breakfast is very good and unlimited has options in both veg and nonveg. There is also a live counter where we can order egg dishes, sausages etc. The swimming pool and pool area are good and well clean. There is a multi-purpose room where indoor games and library books are placed. The hotel staff is friendly and polite particularly Azhar from the restaurant section who served our request was very polite and helpful. He was full of energy, and enthusiasm from Goa to serve all customers. I will highly recommend this hotel if staying near Calangute beach. The hotel is just behind MacD. The distance between the beach and the Hotel is approx 1km.

DDiane JaramilloWe only had one night in Goa but this hotel made us feel welcomed from the start. They are right on the beach so the location is perfect Their service was all you need. We could easily walk to markets or the beach restaurants in minutes. The breakfast was also delicious and they made anything extra you desired and allowed us a late check out. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

GGuest UserFor our India trip, it’ll be Little India Beach Cottages that’ll be our special haven! Goa is a beautiful stretch of India already, but this hotel has gone above and beyond to make it shine all the more! We’d originally booked a standard room, but we wanted something bigger so we asked at reception for some options. They jumped at the chance to help us, suggesting one of the larger spaces which had separate kitchen, living room and bedroom. It became our little home for three nights—and we loved it! That night, we tried to hotel bar and restaurant, and from then, we ate there daily. The food is divine and easily some of my favourite Indian food! As typical Brits, we loved the sweet and spicy potato! We also tried Cabo (coconut liquor) for the first time because of the wonderful recommendation from Sonu! Sonu made sure we were looked after whenever we wandered into the restaurant, hungry and in need of some delicious curry! He was so warm and really helpful with my dietary requirements! He’s such a sweetie!!
We also booked our excursions through the hotel. Kapil was not only our driver but also our tour guide! He’s super knowledgeable about Goa to an almost superhuman level! He was such a laugh on the trip and made sure we had the best time possible. He really taught us a lot about life in Goa and how the history shaped the people and life the there. He was also the one to drop us off at the airport so we got to leave on a high note!
Generally, all the staff were fantastic. We were sad to leave our haven by the end.

GGuest UserVery beautiful property with lush greenery and close to the calangute beach and there are 3 water pool inside the property a gymnasium and kids playing area also.
Buffet was also good there were lots of option in the buffet.
Rooms were clean and spacious, staff wass very cooperative.

It is very open and their is no cozy feeling in the hotel. It feels like everything someone is just coming in and going out..
Pool were not very clean.
They don't follow proper dress code for the pool as some guest were in appropriate cloths for pool. This makes it unhygienic.
Overall a decent property to stay in.

The well-maintained rooms were also a plus. Overall, it sounds like a great place for a relaxing vacation.

The hotel is quite expensive, but imho it shouldn’t be such expensive.
On the territory of the hotel is the renovation of some houses.
The cottage house looks tired, the water was licking from the bathroom to the bed, the furniture is old.
The swimming pool is ok.
The breakfast is good, unfortunately they don’t have coffee machine.
The service is good.
The wifi is not working in the room.
