It was close to the station and very convenient. The room was clean and there was hot water every time.
Upon arrival, we received welcome fruits and sweets. Also, when we returned to the hotel, they gave us plastic bottles and juice, which was very kind.

I stayed for a night here at the end of a recent G Adventure. I have plenty of good things to say. It has a good location in Karol Bagh with a couple of nice bars directly outside. The room was comfortable and clean with plenty of space. The staff were friendly and efficient. So why only 3 stars? Because it was like a building site inside. To be fair, the renovations are only in the attempt to improve the place. But when I left my room I was stepping over builders materials and equipment, hardly relaxing after days and days on the road travelling India. That said, I'd happily stay here again if I'm back in Delhi as I'm sure it'll be in good shape by then.

All the staff is professional and friendly respecting in the same time your privacy. At the front desk, Surender and Jitender welcome you with a big smile, and helping you if needed in a perfect english, Pankajdas at room service and all the house keeping service will make sure that your stay will be smooth ane nice. A place like home in the heart of Karol Bagh and yet quiet at night time. And on top of it at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend

Good value. Just 40m to the non-tourist market and an excellent food stall. Okay breakfast with toast, French toast and spreads, bananas, and of course Indian options. You can change money at the desk for a good rate and the staff are friendly and helpful. I needed something printed out, and I was kindly escorted to a little shop that assisted me. Comfortable bed, good walk-in shower with hot water from early till 11am. Minibar and fridge stocked with water and soft drinks, beer can be ordered. Fair prices. I felt very safe here. Oh, and they have a very cute lift if u dont like stairs.

I didn’t know what to expect out of hotels in Paharganj - we have got all sorts of them. I landed in this hotel through MakeMyTrip, and I was happily surprised. I booked two executive rooms for my family as we had a transit via NDLS. The location is excellent! Two minutes walk to the New Delhi railway station, and from there, we have an Airport line to easily connect to the terminals in less than 20 minutes of train ride. The hotel rooms are clean, the bathroom is shiny, the sheets are clean, and the AC is good. The room service staff was also prompt, and we didn't have any problems at all. It is a good value for money and highly recommended to those looking for a budget hotel in a location concerning the NDLS.

Location is good. It's in middle of karol bagh market. Food is also good. Service is average. But the issue is with room service. Interior of the room is average. Wallpapers are toned, some of the switch boards are broken, sockets plugs are missing, boilers are not working and even sometimes landline phone doesn't work.

We stayed 7 nights at the SR and had a wonderful time. The facility though not super updated is extremely clean! We are from the US and have traveled to India before and have found cleanliness in most places is a problem. This was not the case here. The pictures honestly don’t do it justice either. It is simple but very nice and welcoming. The breakfast is always good! Good coffee!! And the staff from the second you arrive treat you like your staying at a 5 star hotel. Thank you to Subash, Atul, Baght, and Akash for all your help and warm smiles! The staff made our stay that much more enjoyable. If your in the area and need a clean and affordable place to call home don’t hesitate to stay here.

The staffs are super great, they always available for anything I need information about the city. The room no was 204, Very neat and clean like picture. Room's beds are very comfortable and convenient. 24 Hrs hot and cold water is available. There is beautiful market ( main bazar )close to hotel. Highly recommended, go for it….. GGuest UserThe reason this has been my favorite experience at any hotel/ inn is because of the exceptional costumer service. I was traveling with my mother and grandmother for 2 nights, and from the moment we got there we could feel the homely atmosphere. The first night we got there we had it was already 5pm but we still wanted to go see something and grab food, we asked the night receptionist where we should go since he had been so friendly during check in and he suggested Indian gate and a restaurant near the area that was walking distance and this was the best option for us. When we got back we had intended to pick up some soap, shampoo and cold medications for my mother but we weren’t able to, so when we got back we asked where we could go since it was late and a Sunday. He called someone right there in front of us and had everything delivered to our room in 15 minutes tops. There were other experiences such as this that just made us feel like we were visiting a relatives house and I couldn’t have imagined having such a better experience!!

GGuest UserHi traveler I am a lodge and guest house owner in Jammu and Kashmir . I am writing this review on true event at this hotel . I had booked this hotel at the price of 2500 per night . I was traveling long and was feeling deadly sleepy , requested comp early check in same denied rudely even thought check in guy was aware of my red eyes and weak body language later he charged me 1500 for early check in .. no worry I paid and checked in room what I had found pathetic smell in room , A/C was not cooling the room in hot summer of delhi . I called and requested for room change same was denied and took three hours to rectify. No worry , I ordered for aloo parantha for which they charged me five hundred something , I have never seen a aloo parantha without aloo A thin layer and nothing stuffed. No worry I ordered zomato went physically downstairs , To take my Order a guard at the hotel mainporch stopped brutally that outside food is not allowed . Having all that my tempered went out of control but still no worry I am not a complaining person. At last my visitors came to meet me and we spended three hours of meeting session again for the vistors they charged me 1500 , ohh this time called ***ager and told them the whole scenario but I was surprised he dint even apologised .At the same time I moved to park in by radission and felt great again this is what brand is brand .Guys you can check my tripadvisor others review I never wrote a single negative feedback but this was one of my ridiculous experience at this hotel I have stayed in Marriott , radission , taj, ITC ect but this hotel is truely a black mark on hospitality industry . In total - Staff behaviour - poor (specially front office ) Food and beverage- awfulll no hygiene maintained
