The electrical connections were not functioning. TV recharge took 6hrs and 10 follow ups. No toiletries provided I had visited this resort in Jan21 but this tike found it has degraded like anything Mouse running through the roofs of cottage No attendants present in restaurant aftet confirming food is ready What was served as karai chicken was some shreds of chicken in white liquid Really disappointed with over all house keep service and food May not visit again

Service is good, ambience is excellent, only 2 thinking have to be imporve for excellent review 1 is swimming pool cleanse is not good very dirty water not change everyday and 2nd is water and soft drink charges 20ts water bottel they sold 47rs its horrible and also 25rs soft drino 170ml they sold 70rs discus-ting i suggest please carry your oun water bottels and soft drinks don’t buy from resorts i give 3. 5/5

My one night stay at sonajhuri add a was awesome, propertys location is a taste of urban & rural, service was good, staffs were well behaved & cooperative. While talking to staff gym, spa & bar are coming shortly to make this locality more comfortable. I highly recommend for a weekend family relax point.

I visited Tarapith and Bolpur in Dec2021. It was a family trip. I had a 7 years old kid and senior citizen parents wirh me. Basically i booked this hotel online through their website . The best part is you can book the property by room number from wesite. One recommendation will be to book rooms on 1st Floor. That will give you the best views ( example : Room no 5 &6). The Hotel is decorated with a rural concept and you will get the feeling of mud house. So do not expect any high end luxury in the room. But you will have basic amenities like - AC/ mini fridge/ geyser etc. The USP of this property is its food. It is budget friendly yet yummy taste. If you are not a resident of the hotel then you will need to collect advance lunch token to get your chance. I am told by the manager that they have served lunch to 1000+ people on 25th Dec. People from all over Bolpur come to taste food here. The Sonsjhuri Haat is just outside the Hotel campus. In fact you can enjoy Baul Dance and Tribal Dhamsha Madol dance sitting on your balcony. The room rent is also decent. You will get Rooms in the range of INR 2000 - 2500. They have POS facility for all payments. The only challenge i faced was the service timeline. May to due to extreme rush on account of festive season they were unable to serve breakfast/ Lunch / Dinner on time and they have denied to accept orders in few instances. An excellent place to stay peacefully with family. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food is good yet cheap. Staff's behaviour is ok.
