The hotel looked like when it was made it would have looked stunning but since it wasn't maintained properly, it has lost its spark. The room was spacious but had some kind of foul smell in the bathroom which was extremely unbearable. The windows wouldn't lock. Service was good, staff were helpful. The hotel however, had lost all its glamour, the furnitures weren't dusted properly and even were torn.

Good: rooms are specious and clean, good ambience. Staff behaviour is good. Areas need improvement: 1)restaurant don't have icecream other than vanila 2)tv connection got disconnected almost every half an hour 3) wi fi conncetion is poor. Also disconnected frequently 4)bar don't have any wine collection. Even beer brands are also limited. Only cheap brands are available

Not bad, there is a spa

King's resort in gobindpur, dhanbad is a very nice place to stay with family and friends. And nearby dhanbad railway station and dhanbad bus station is approximately 13 km away. Hotel staffs behaviour are polite and helpful.

All the staff were very, very friendly...very helpful...very professional. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. (get discounts for the rooms at the reception) The waiters were exceptional...polite and attentive in every way. The landscaping is beautifully The food was totally awesome everywhere we ate. There is complete tranquility if one wishes just to relax around There is a wellness at the hotel for all.

Overall it was an amazing experience with the booking process and the hotel was also very nice. Check in to check out experience was great. Staff behaviour was also very professional.

I guess ”Poor” is the wrong word for Parklane Resort and its staff specially Mr. Vikarnt Verma and the front office staff ****** Singh. The best word to define them was Greedy and Notorious. Now I will explain why I am saying so, I have a booking in this resort for 2 nights that is 18th and 19th Feb 2020 under booking reference ID ********* via Agoda. As we were traveling to Dhanbad from Lucknow due to traffic congestion we reached late around 8:00 PM in the night and these guys canceled our booking and said they have not received any booking via Agoda. The best part Mr. ****** and ****** is trying to explain technical jargon. Dude, I manage a site with a billion transactions in 24 hours and I know what Agoda is. So after a long tussle, they just asked us to leave their resort by saying that they have arranged our rooms in Kings Resort which is just a dumping ground for us. I have not expected such a low mentality from these folks as we were a group of 10 people with kids & oldie people and we have booked an executive room so you can understand what kind of service we were expecting. This brings me conclusion either that Mr. Vikrant Singh is stupid and is not fit tourism industry or he is incapable of handling the situations like this. I would not say any good word for Mr. Vikrant and Pinky for selling our booked room to someone else who has booked the marriage hall in their resort. They have just unethical business practices with poor executioners like Mr. Vikrant and Pinky.
