Hornbill camp provides a fantastic ”glamping” experience on the banks of the Periyar river. The setting is truly stunning and makes up for some of the shortcomings of the resort. The food is average by South Indian resort standards, but at least the tea and coffee were very good. There is basically no WiFi (or very very slow) and no alcohol is served here due to local laws. The tents are a highlight though, with comfortable beds, (good) aircon and a fan, and a decent bathroom. The staff are very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Overall Hornbill provides a good base from where to explore the surrounding areas and attractions.

Our stay at the *MARAM* resort was a tranquil escape from the chaos of city life. The surrounding hills and lush green forest looks magnificent in the monsoon rain .The resort's cottages blended seamlessly into the surrounding trees, creating a sense of harmony with nature.There is a bath tub open to hills and forest infront, offers maximum privacy .The staff's warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel right at home. We spent our days hiking through the lush forest, spotting exotic birds, and an extremely adventurous,thrilling off-road trip to *Koyinippara Hills* . As we left, we felt rejuvenated and already planning our next visit to this hidden gem.

It was a nice stay at the hotel with good ambiance, we had a wonderful moment at the hotel. The quality of food and the service were good and Mr jones has take care of us in proper manner , the agency coconut has due take care of all our needs , even we reached late at night but the food were made in hot conditions

The dunes is centrally located in the heart of the city. we wanted to go around and see the city and there couldn't have been a better option we think. The staff is courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean. The room service is prompt, The metro is just walking distance

Stayed for 4 days and guess what the front office staff was unresponsive room cleaning was not done when asked for cleaning then only they came , behaving in a rude manner the two girls in the front of the house were only chatting with each other no greeting or nothing being from a manager of taj green cove it's so pathetic to see this kind of hospitality being offered to us ,my mom and dad told they r charging 43 rs for a water bottle even for tea sachet and creamer ,I don't know the night shift guy was always sleeping in the lobby calling his girlfriend or somewhat ,really pissed of because my family was their I didn't spoked or created a scene their but believe me they are crap ,made my Kerala trip the worse in this journey ,if the CEO or Gm if this hotel is looking into it then do look this issue and hope u will refund my money ,because being from hospitality industry getting a baddest experience is something which I haven't thought of didn't even changed the bed cover ,smokey smell from room even the toilet was like someone pooped and it came on top I was the one who flushed that believe me if someone wants to stay peacefully in Kochi rather book Holiday inn

GGuest UserGreat little hotel. The location is excellent (near the harbor and restaurants) and the staff was very helpful. Excellent value for the cost. Rooms were clean. I had a late evening flight and was allowed to stay in the room past regular checkout time. I also arrived in the middle of the night and there was a nice clerk available. Check-in was quick and I was able to go to sleep shortly after my arrival. I added an extra day to my stay here.

You may not get very hot water; Only lukewarm water because of solar heating system. Location - 4/5. Easy access to Metro, Cab and Auto. Breakfast - We didn't include that in our package. Plenty of options available nearby. Staff : 5/5. Always attentive and supportive. We will surely comeback.

You have everything inside the room.. a dining table, cozy couches, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a washing machine, an electrical induction cooker, cutlery crockery etc.. I stayed in an apartment with living room, kitchen, two TVs, Two air conditioners and a lot of space.. wonderful stay just few Kms away from the city.. highly recommend this place..

GGuest UserAmazing staff and very beautiful and stylish hotel. The architecture, the rooms, the gardens and pool are really beautiful, sensitive to local styles as well as super comfortable. The pool was very refreshing after a day out in the hot weather and very clean. I had an extremely relaxing Ayurvedic massage in the treatment room with a very experienced practitioner. The breakfast was lovely and the dining room is fresh and charming. But most of all, the staff were incredible! They were there for my every need and provided advice and even booked my train onward train ticket and arranged for me to be taken to the station early in the morning. Its in an interesting location with a theatre right next door. I cannot recommend the wonderful hotel highly enough.

GGuest UserI made the reservation a week before the arrival and informed them that arrival would be around 4 AM and would be checking out the same day before noon. The hotel lobby was locked and all the lights were off. The security guard knocked on the door for about 15mimutes and the night clerk appeared at the entrance to let me in. The room was average and the bathroom had black mold on the ceiling. due to a water leak from the floor above, The shower cubicle had lots of black mold/dirt at the bottom. The bathroom requires some maintenance to cure the deficiency. The breakfast buffet was mediocre with very limited items.

Rooms are comfortable but services were not good, no hot water, basic items are provided like water bottle, mugs, dustbin etc by asking specifically and it seems due to vacation season.
